It is advised to fill up on fibre. “A high-fibre diet can help reduce the risk of heart disease. Certain types of fibre may help lower LDL ‘bad’ cholesterol. Adults should aim for 20-30 grams each day. To meet your daily requirement, select a variety of unprocessed plant-based foods each day, including oats, whole-wheat bread/flour/cereal, fruits, vegetables and pulses,”

To reduce your risk of heart disease, choose a suitable type of fat and ensure you’re not eating too much of it, “That’s why choosing low-fat products, baking, or boiling instead of deep frying and reducing or omitting the fats that recipes call for (hydrogenated fat, shortening, lard) are important to get your fat intake in line.”

It is essential to monitor sodium intake as our bodies need this mineral in much smaller quantities than we normally eat.“To prevent high blood pressure and heart disease, strive for no more than 1,500 milligrams sodium per day.”

A healthy diet is one of the prerequisites for a healthy heart. Poor food choices can have an adverse effect on the heart, putting you at risk of several health concerns such as heart attack, heart failure, stroke, hypertension, etc. “There is a lot of misinformation about what foods are or aren’t heart-healthy, so it may surprise you to learn that you don’t need exotic fruits, imported nuts, or even pricey supplements to take care of your health,”

Dear All, My many family members lost life due to heart connected issues. I am very serious about hear health. As my Father in law too lost life though not suddenly but abrupt stoppage of medicines and his intestate demise complicated our property issue too. I believe in consumption of calories should be equal to expense of calories for heart 💜💓 health. So change in LIFE style after retirement makes gathering of huge fat in body. My close family member of my husband brother gained 30 kg weight during and after C19 lucky escape & came to know that he started his old yoga practice to reduce weight of 6kg even from home exercises only as he being diabetic and fear of C19 ( COVID-19) catching second time & unhealed ankle ulcer spenda much indoor time by playing KBC and my gov quizzes. As old saying lankanam paramaushadham holds good for all as per his theory & the application too helping him in weight loss. I appreciate his constrained struggle no taste no eating trick*

cont-- that means I want to say where there is love, affection, joyfulness, gathering, hug, respect, motivation, leadership, guardainship, in a very perfect mood without making discrimination between any one in the family or the society or in the surroundings leads to a happy heart. Some ones thought and some one prayers and some ones heart always plays a greaty rolein the eyes of GOD. Great heart is found rare but when found it reflects in good and better conditionss.

GOD is Great, that we have a heart which notify us whether we are happy or Sad by our face and eyes and our mind reflects and works according to that. Nothing makes a man happier than having a happier heart. To be happy every body should follow the heart and not the thoughts because thoughts never gives perfect impact on hearts and more over the thoughts can be implemented by different start-up of ideas and different thoughts. Ahappy heart is a good medicine for all those who really take care of themselves with a positive mind work also in a busy day. Smile is a mile away but good for health and refresh the heart on time. A happy heart is a part of happy implementation of a family in a house and this can only happen when the persons who are living in house doesn't disturb the concerned head of the family by insulting or the elders insult the younger. A happy heart is found rare and very costly. A happy heart is that where everthing is like cold water where thirst is no more

thank you to all the heart doctors, surgeons , interventionists medical equipment manufacturers and all associated in the field for great improvement, Hope you would replicate this and have a cure for covid vaccine related heart failures. Thank you to our ancestors who gave us yoga and our spices that keeps us healthy . Government failed big time on prevention . should have been a childs play with yoga as a 2nd nature and liking for healthy food with ayurveda touch through mida day meals and poshak to pregnant ladies. Insisting on egg , meat that cause heart attack . The biggest culprit for death is the medical insurance companies that disallow claims and dont permit cashless or bizare very low approvals. All deaths due to these classified as heart attack deaths. Jumla no 1 . so even this platform sounds hypocrites when support services are not even there. Let's aim for it now.
