मै ८४ बरसका बुड्ढा हूं। मेरा हृदय इसलिये आरोग्यशील है कि मै हरदिन व्यायाम करता हूं और प्रति दिन एक लीटर दूध पीता हूं। मै ने दूधका प्रस्ताव इसलिये किया है कि मै समझता हूं कि अच्छे आहारोमे दूध अव्वल स्थान लेता है।सबसे यही प्रार्थना है कि वे पहले दूध पिये और बादमे चाहिये तो दूसरा खाना खायें। धन्यवाद।

धर्मानुसार कर्म करो। धर्मानुसार जीवन जिओ। भौतिक सुख के पीछे मत दौओ। जितना मिला उसमे समाधानी मानकर चलो। जीफ के लिए भोजन न करे। ऋतु नुसार जो शरीर को चाहिए वह भोजन ग्रहण करे। शाकाहारी से जुड़े, मासाहारी को टाले। समय से सोए।समय से जागे। कोई क्या कहता है उसकी परवाह ना करे। क्योंकि मनुष्य वह आरी जो आते भी काटे, जाते भी काटे। परिणाम तन तंदुरुस्त,जीवन दुःख मुक्त।
