Khush rahiye, kaise bhi problems aye hame apne mind ko shant rakhna.. Ham healthy tab hi rahenge jab hamara mind shant rahega. I know problems bahot h but aap apne kuch minutes nikalo or akele samaye bitao... Agar aap khush rahenge tab hi aap dusro ko samjhenge or unki help bhi karenge... kon sahi h or kon galat ye aap khud pahachan sakte h koi dusra apko nhi batayega... To khush rahe healthy rahe... Thank you...

Let us see the other side of Diwali festival. - Thiefs follow a strategy to steal money by diverting our mind, similarly here air pollution is stealing(damaging) our good health whilst people are in oblivion state by enjoying the fire crackers. Unable to upload the video(provisions to upload 30 seconds video is required ) - 1)LPG stove burner flame turned out to reddish-orange colour instead of blue flame due to the fire crackers emissions in the atmosphere. 2) Municipal workers struggle to clear the fire crackers waste 3) Sewage & Storm water drains chocks due to residual fire crackers waste. The fireworks had become part of political Ecosystem because governance system is unable to eliminate or control firework factories or eradicate the habit of burning fire crackers from people mind. If we follow anything damaging the environment is unacceptable, Can we say burning fire crackers is against Hindu dharma? Or against mankind.

Dear Modiji, today (24/10/2022) Rishi Sunak might be sworn in as the next UK PM. This is a historic moment as 75 years after independence of British rule in India we have a Indian origin practicing Hindu to become a PM(top job of uk) of UK. I would propose that if Rishi Sunak is invited as the foreign guest for next Indian Independence Day celebration it will send a very strong message about the progress of Indians in 75 years. I wish this happens.

Heart says "You take my care, and I'll revert it back to you". There was a young school going boy who always wanted to be a doctor. He succeed in it too. He became a cardiologist and treated many patients to live a healthy heart life. He had very natural suggestions. 'Eat right, exercise light and sleep tight.' This simple tip changed many lives. He lived long because of the same tip he had conceived from books. He would spend time with his near and dear ones and would laugh, smile and get others too do it along with him. He shared a very simple must do exercise- "clap your hands". Clap in such a way that all pressure points are activated. This can reduce many health issues. In short a healthy heart requires a little bit of smart exercise, accompanied with healthy food and adequate rest, along with happiness and peace of mind. Keep your heart healthy and be happy and healthy because heart never stops until your life stops. Give good care to it and be contented.

WALKING IN THE WOODS Apart from the meals we eat, one must cultivate the habit of walking to maintain the health of their body and internal organs. In contrast to treeless surroundings, exposure to forests stimulates our immune system, lowers blood pressure, gives us more energy, improves our mood, and aids in regaining and maintaining our focus and health of our heart
