Happy Heart India is not amongst the top in heart attack but we hear a lot about it . Is it because of poor facilities or all about cost. the leeches get the ayyushaman card , the rich & the powerful get it free from loot of Hindu $$ baap ka maal . it is only the real full paying middle class that is suffering the most. even the death rate due to heart attack must be highest amongst them . so no data being released. will govt care to explain, that though US/UK has the highest heart attack rates & death but not 1 complaint/oped on people being denied or not getting the treatment. shamelessly all of the mp/mlas of the commie go abroad for treatment all paid by Hindu $$ baap ka maal & when it comes to ordinary full paying tax payers they have no choice but to get treated by 0/100 toppers administering orange juice in saline. Most of the powerful in delhi/kerala/tn/andhra/raj & their karta dharta, the sonia gandys & BRA's gown moonchuds of tughlaq collegium enjoying! andher nagari!

I am a software professional and internationally Certified Yoga Instructor and mother of twins.Silently I have inspired many mothers, working professionals, housewifes. Here is my story.Life in Mumbai city is always fast. Daily juggling between home, kids and work pressure had taken toll on my health too.during Covid it started affecting my mental wellness as well. And Then I paused and started thinking about my own self.Ups and down, money, relationship, house chores will keep happening but It's only ME who is accountable for my own mental and physical wellness. I started with regular Yoga and meditation. Learned many new concepts of Yoga. Reduced my twins tummy in 4 months and started feeling really good from Inside out. Stopped worrying about what others think about me. Instead I spend my energy more in positive tasks. I take out ME time, spend quality time with kids, regularly take yoga sessions for global participants.motivate yourself and inspire others. Spread the love.
