Government has announced a much needed noble scheme to take care of children who have lost their parents and guardians through PM CARES after 18 years of age. But many questions remain. What will happen to children till 18 years? How these children would be identified? Who will identify these children and who will take the money on their behalf? How to make fool proof arrangements to save this noble scheme from becoming scam?
