(४) ३. सभी Vaccination Centers पर Immunity Booster Packets भी रखे जाएं जो Vaccination के लिये आए हुए लोग, अपने घर के १८ वर्ष से कम आयु के बच्चों के लिये ले जा सकें। ४. समस्त देश की अन्य राज्यों से लगी सीमाओं, शहरों की सीमाओं, ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों की सीमाओं को कम से कम १५ जून तक पूरी तरह बन्द कर दिया जाए एवम् अत्यावश्यक अथवा अपरिहार्य स्थिति में केवल Collector कार्यालय द्वारा जारी E-Pass के माध्यम से ही अन्य गांव, शहर, राज्य में जाने अथवा वहां से आने की अनुमति दी जाए।

(३) *Corona Curfew Unlock करने हेतु बेहद महत्वपूर्ण सुझाव:* १. जिन लोगों को Vaccine के दोनों Dose लग चुके हैं, उन्हें Mask, Physical Distancing (कम से कम ६ फुट की दूरी), Sanitizer, Vaccination Certificate (s) की अनिवार्य शर्तों के साथ बाहर निकलने की पूरी छूट प्रदान की जाए। इससे सरकार और आम जन पर बोझ भी कुछ कम होगा, धीरे-धीरे जन-जीवन सामान्य करने में मदद मिलेगी और सबसे महत्वपूर्ण: अन्य लोगों में भी Vaccination के प्रति जागरुकता बढ़ेगी।

(२) इसीलिये *देश के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में* तत्काल प्रभाव से, पर्याप्त स्वास्थ्य अमले के साथ-साथ: रोगी वाहनों, चिकित्सक-चिकित्सालयों, बिस्तरों, दवाईयों, प्राणवायु, वायु प्रवाहकों, भोजन एवम् खाद्य सामग्री अथवा पदार्थों, Remdesivir, Vaccine इत्यादि का तत्काल पर्याप्त प्रबन्ध किया जाए।

(१) कोरोना: अत्यन्त महत्वपूर्ण सुझाव: भारत की ७० प्रतिशत जनता ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में रहती है, जहां स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं, अधिकारी-कर्मचारी नहीं पहुंच पा रहे हैं। Ambulance, Bed, Doctors, Hospitals, Injections, Medicines, Oxygen, Vaccine Ventilators उपलब्ध नहीं हैं, लेकिन वहां "कोरोना" आ चुका है, "फैल" चुका है। ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में लोगों को Vaccine लगवाने हेतु मनाना ही अपने आप में एक बहुत बड़ी चुनौती है। स्थिति भयावह हो सकती है, पूरी तरह बेक़ाबू हो सकती है।
