The Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE), under the aegis of Ministry of Power spearheads the celebrations every year. The objective to celebrate the National Energy Conservation Day is to drive mass awareness about the importance of energy efficiency and conservation.

Your Ideas Matter: Join the Conversation on Energy Conservation!

We believe that small actions can lead to big changes, Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE)in collaboration with MyGov invite you to be a part of a community-driven initiative focused on energy conservation. Your ideas can make a significant impact on our collective effort to create a more sustainable future.

Energy conservation is a shared responsibility, and we want to hear from you! By joining this conversation, you have the opportunity to contribute your thoughts, suggestions, and innovative ideas on how we can all incorporate energy-saving practices into our daily routines.

Points to remember:
1.Share your personal energy-saving tips.
2.Propose community-wide initiatives to promote energy efficiency.
3.Discuss creative ways to raise awareness about the importance of conservation.

Your input is invaluable, and together, we can make a positive impact on our environment. Let's work towards a greener, more sustainable future. Looking forward to hearing your brilliant ideas!

The cost of energy and fuel is rising. Emission limits are becoming stricter. And the pace of change is accelerating across markets and industries. Amidst these challenges, a single strategy has emerged as the best path to sustainability, increased competitiveness in highly contested markets, and combatting climate change – efficiency optimization

मधु वाता ऋतायते मधु क्षरन्ति सिन्धवः । माध्वीनः सन्त्वोषधीः ॥ it means, Environment provides bliss to people leading their life perfectly. Rivers bliss us with sacred water and provide us health, night, morning, vegetation. Sun bliss us with peaceful life. Our cows provide us milk. We should follow the basic rule for save earth like Turning off the light when you leave the room, unplugging appliances when they're not in use and walking instead of driving and reducing of using more electronic waste. Using cotton bags instead plastic. Using electric Vehicels. To reduce the environmental impact on society, energy conservation measures are being imparted. Remember, by saving energy, you are protecting the environment directly. We know that energy is precious. Energy cannot be created or destroyed but can be transformed from one form to another.

Certainly! Here are some practical ideas to incorporate energy-saving practices into your daily routine: 1. **Unplug Devices:** When not in use, unplug chargers, electronics, and appliances. Many devices consume standby power, contributing to energy waste. 2. **Switch to LED Bulbs:** Replace traditional incandescent bulbs with energy-efficient LED bulbs. They last longer and use less energy. 3. **Use Smart Thermostats:** Optimize heating and cooling by using programmable or smart thermostats. Adjusting temperatures based on your schedule can save energy. 4. **Turn Off Lights:** Develop the habit of turning off lights when leaving a room. Natural light is also a great alternative during the day. 5. **Wash Clothes in Cold Water:** Use cold water for washing clothes. It reduces energy consumption and helps preserve the quality of your clothing.

Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) technology represents a transformative concept in the field of energy management, intertwining the automotive and energy sectors in a novel and sustainable way. This idea hinges on the use of electric vehicles (EVs) not just as transportation means but also as mobile energy storage units that can interact with the power grid. The essence of V2G is the bidirectional flow of electricity: EVs can draw energy from the grid to charge their batteries and can also return electricity to the grid when needed. At the heart of this concept is the increasing penetration of renewable energy sources like solar and wind power into the energy mix. These sources, while sustainable, are intermittent in nature, leading to fluctuations in electricity supply. V2G can help mitigate this issue by providing a distributed storage solution. When there's excess renewable energy, it can be stored in EV batteries. Conversely, during peak demand or when renewable generation is low, this store

In our metro cities and non metro cities we have big drains or nalas which are similar as a small river,so we can use turbine to produce electricity there also.
