Bhubaneswar as Odisha capital- Odias not agree with. They are telling Berhampur Gopalpur on sea south Odisha ) should be capital. So ,Bhubaneswar should not be Odisha capital. Always poking-India made free and fed Aryans high so Aryans can not digest. stop Odisha capital and stick with Amaravati and for Odisha instruct for new capital until no budget should be allowed, a suggestion. Sir India capital- either Vishakhapatnam or Chennai to make South India trying.

Sir excuse-Andhra Pradesh and Odisha always pokes- India made free and to Aryans fed high with boot and suit. So Aryans can not digest our food. Next, Aryans are zealous to Andhra Pradesh and Odisha cultural excellence. Vishakhapatnam should be India capital. Odisha rejects Bhubaneswar as state Capital( why- German people came in 1985-86 and attached Stefi Graf and now her no hands, mostly so Odisha wants her capital as Berhampur - Gopallpur on sea ( South Odisha) Etc Thus Odisha capital change
