Perform Gyna Mudra for the best results:
Sit in Sukhasana: In this position the fingers are held with the tip of the index finger touching the tip of the thumb and the remaining three fingers nearly straight--kind of like an "OK" sign, except the palms of each hand are pointed up or front.
Good for: stresses and strains, insomnia, emotional instability, indecisiveness, excessive anger, idleness, laziness and is a great help in increasing memory and I.Q.

Right nostril breathing, Pranayamam (practice under a Guru's guidance): It helps in reducing the obesity effectively . Systematic practices have benefited large number of obese.
Practice:
1. Sit in Sukhasana and adopt Nasika Mudra with your right hand
2. Close the left nostril with the little and ring fingers of Nasikha Mudra
3. Inhale and exhale slowly through the right nostril only
4. Keep the Left nostril closed all the time during the practice.

Left nostril breathing, Pranayamam: (Practice under a Guru's guidance): It helps in reducing Anxiety, Hypertension, Insomnia and other Stressful conditions.
Practice:
1. Sit in Sukhasana and Adopt Nasika Mudra with your right hand
2. Close the Right nostril with the tip of the thump
3. Inhale and exhale slowly through the left nostril only
4. Keep the right nostril closed all the time during the practice
5. One Cycle of inhalation and exhalation forms one round

Sukhasana – (Sukhasana is an easy pose, a simple cross-legged sitting asana in yoga. Nasika Mudra or Pranayama Mudra – will use in Pranayama Practice for the best result and correct posture.
