In my opinion we need to make yoga our lifestyle not only 21 June we need to make yoga our daily habit during this period of time many people suffer from various reasons, as we need to make people learn more about yoga, health issues, mental health, fitness etc today youths are intelligent and self aware of situation we just need to make sure they make yoga part of their daily lifestyle and for middle ages people if you didn't practice yoga start learning simple yoga asanas to make your self fit

The criteria for issuance of BPL ration cards should be monthly income of every card holders to curb malpractices and misuse of Govt . subsides and other benefits.The existing criteria are varied from state to states. An uniformly is urgently required to benefit the actual stakeholders.
