Yoga keeps us healthy if we practice it daily. Surya namaskar is one Asan which is called Sampurna Yogasan.I perform daily Yoga and Pranayam. Everyone should spare 30 minutes for Yoga and Pranayam. it makes us strong from the inside and develops the immune system.
