Since demand for construction work force including engineers are less than supply of work force,construction staff is forced to do work on all seven days from 8.30 AM to 9PM. Govt. should make a law in which all construction site should be closed afternoon in every sunday and permission to work beyond afternoon for a specific sunday should be permitted only after written application for permissions from district authority of the construction site is sanctioned. Police should be told to check.

Our Employment problem is worsening and therefore we have to make a comity to find out solutions and at the same time public view should be gathered and selective interactions with government bureaucrat,minister should be allowed.Once a interaction on any subject take place, such interactions should be allowed to see by public for any further comments so that a dialog process could conclude. All completed dialog on different topics of unemployment, should be listed at one location for action.

Our effort from cleanliness drive will be more fruitful if we start fixing more and more dust bins in places where people gather for junk food,icecreams. There should be fixed location for ice cream vendors and around 100 m there should be one dust bins along the road. Govt. should fix a dress code for volunteers who participate in locality cleanliness drive.

We should allow Engineering/Technical Research works by at-least sponsored candidates or self financed candidates for PhD in our central universities, round the year so that as soon as researcher manage his fund for Phd research work,he could start research work without loosing more time.

Dear Prime Minister, Thank you for the opportunity. I need to make the following suggestions: Why Indian government does not have Independent Governors for Independent state. WE are a country of 125 Crores. Do the government does not have 28 qualified people from the population, to be appointed as an Independent Governors. Why a Governor has to take additional responsibility of Two states at a time. This goes for all the political appointments. This will impart better efficiency & control

Good Morning Prime Minister Sir, My next idea is that now a days if we talk about present time mostly people are stressed with many tensions so can we install a machine at every 1 to 5 kilometers distance where any individual can listen the music, can drink water, can drink coffee and it will be chargeable like Rs. 5 for each facilities. So with the help of this charging money an employee can be appoint there for cleaning, maintain the machine and he can get employment with money also.

Good Morning Prime Minister Sir, My next idea is that as most of the Indians have " Adhar Card" with them so anybody from any transport if he travels then he need not to be paid the fare for using the vehicle rather he can use his adhar number or he can punch his card and by this he need not to have keep money with him and the transport can directly can get paid through this and the money will direct credit to their bank account. Transport can be any bus, auto, rikshaw, tempo.

Good Morning prime Minister Sir, My next idea is that can we use a very little part of temples, police stations and hospitals for using the study area. Like for an example if we talk about one temple and if we use a very less part of this temple where 25 to 55 students will get the study environment like he could get the bed, table, lamp, Cooling ( in summer) and heater ( in winter) and will also get 24 hours power ( electricity). And they can be charged Rs. 50 to Rs. 100 monthly charge.

Good Morning Prime Minister Sir, My next idea is for garbage. I somewhere heard that plastic takes many years to destroy. So can we use this garbage ( with plastic) to make road transport so by this not only the garbage will be used but also there will be used something low other material. And once the road is running we need not to dig this and we were not be worried about the garbage.

Good Morning Prime Minister Sir, My idea is that can we not use lie detector machine in the court room. Because in court many people they give fake statement and because of this many cases are lying without decision and in few cases accused man gets free from court. If we use lie detector machine that no one can speak fake statement in the court room, if anyone speaks fake/ false in the court room then an immediate action should be taken against him. Result :- Cases will be resolved soon.
