There are different areas of learning . So exam should be of each subject like drawing painting dancing etc. And should be given equal weightege to all subjects. So students do not feel inferior and there marks will improve in any subject. So they will become stress free

Best way is to avoid stress 1.exercise and meditation 2.healthy and simple food 3.doing tasks regularly 4.creative platform for their hobbies 5.stress takes place when target becomes unachived to avoid that there should be mechanism to hold self on path 6.avoiding distractions

Studying is a stressful process that requires a constant devotion of your time and energy and it is inevitable. There are several factors that make studying stressful, such as, excessive worry about upcoming exams, binge-studying, trying to memorize, poor nutrition, insufficient sleep or exercise, competition from peers, etc. Excessive stress can induce sleep deprivation, negative thoughts, anxiety, and can interfere in your studying process.

The Central Govt recently introduced E assessment system .Generation ,enquiry and videoconferencing in the Assessment of Incometax assessees.this is very good move. This should be made mandatory in Each Government tenders State and Central. The competitive price of tenderers should be monitored by Central Team also when their allocation of funds involved.

In india Each and Every contract should be Digitalised. Quotes of tender should be online. Tender should be made transparent though Governor of Each state which involve heavy monetary benefits

In India there is corruption every where. still no fear of Black money generation. There is no social responsibility . To curb protection of black money there should be curb on cash transaction.

The exams in the primary level of education can be refurnished with more application type with grading than assigning ranks, preparing the early brains with the more logical application rather than pushing lot of subject into the small energetic brains, logical application with parental guidance in not forcing them to the rank is more applicable Encouraging every child to study to the maximum capacity of their own
