About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Respected sir Sir mujhe aapse ek request karna hai ki, hospital ke naam pe ye sab doctor patient se bahut saare paise kamaate hai, ye sab hospital paise kamaane ke liye hospital kholate hai, treatment nahi aata hai to bhi treatment karne ke naam se paise kamaate hai,ye sab hamaare jindagi se khel rahe hai,abhi 14 Nov ko jis din children day tha, wo hospital kaa treatment Barabar naa hone ke wajah se wo mar gai. please.make a portal of public grievances and suggestions as a name KAHO APNI BAAT in which all citizens can send their problems and suggestions regarding their area and his own problems ,ideas etc which can watch by PM ,CM of state ,ministry and DC also ,thanks

Dear sir I am k.k.acharyulu. now the present generation and all aged grupo of people are used 4G technology mobiles with internet facility. so my opinion is this purpose release a high security mobile application with aadhar number.

I think mere creating a portal is not important. The implementation in a proper way is more important. And the purpose of this portal will not be fulfilled unless and until people knows about it. So awareness among the people about the platform and everything about this should be done in a proper manner. This will create confidence among the people to file there complaints.

As we know that plastic bags r banned. It is a good work but although plastic bags are banned, we still have plastic bags in the dumping areas. The left over plastic bags are also harmful for the environment. To get rid of this government must take some measures to recycle and reuse the used plastic bags with this process it will be easy because decomposition of plactics is very difficult. Instead of investing in decomposition of the plastic bags,better to invest in recycling it.

Some unions operating in banks on behalf of their colleagues never follow the laid down principles and procedures and terrorise the common members indirectly.mostly the retired staffs forcefully getting themselves inducted in the union and carrying their communist fundamentalist activities uttering the slogans which often Maoists utter.

train Agar bahut der tak ruk jata hai to bahut sari accident ho sakti hai and Badi accident ho sakte hain Pinky district per train aapko Mein Samjhane ke liye bol raha hun Jis Jagah per train Jaati Hai use time per and track per bahut sari train Jaati Hai To time management karke hi chane ko bheja jata hai To Train ko ham Jyada der tak rokane Nahin Sakte Hain aura system hoga Yahan thoda aap ko Samjhane ke liye mujhe bahut disturb ho raha hai aur likhkar Kitna samjhaya Ja sakta hai
