About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Dear sir, Myself Jayeshkumar Jaysukhlal Joshi working with ambuja cement Ltd., ambujanagar,kodinar, Dist:- Gir Somnath inform you that ambuja cement management did not giving me my pending four years increment of my hard work and labour, Not mapping me for some suitable right position since last five years, Not changing my grade and designation since last 14 years and mounting pressure to accept V.R.S. Scheme, I could not accept it because i have family responsibilities of my parents and family.

sir, this process will bring efficiency and transparency, all offices need to register under CPGRAMS, divide login grievance holder with different grievance head.( change maker ideas/corruption/behavior rating of staff/delay grievance etc,}, national level third fear will improve productivity of govt servant,

MY NAME IS VENKAT,I WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST THE BELOW IF ANY COMPNY WANTS TO TERMINATE THE EMPLOYEE THE MANAGEMENT SHOULD GIVE 3 MONTHS PERIOD AND IT SHOULD BE INFORMED THE EMPLOYEE THERE SHOULD NOT BE TERMINATE IMMEDIATELY.IF ITS WHAT ABOUT THE EMPLOYEE SITUATION.HE HAD A FAMILY EMIS ,HELATH ISSUES WHO IS THE REASONSIBLE FOR THIS.NOW IN INDIA MANY COMPANY ARE GIVING TERMINATIONS. Hi my name is Faiz Ahmed and I would like to draw attention on some of the facts as under 1)Growing of transportation results in traffic and public grievances due to adverse effects on health 2)Effective measures are proposed by government but lack of implementation 3)Government have progressed but psychology of employees haven't 4)Regularity is a big problem as government works lack efficiency 5)It seems good but getting facilities as under government schemes is not easily accessible to all

Management of Public Grievances 1) People should be made aware of this first. 2) Better UI/UX of website and application. 3) Status of every applicants should be visible for better tracking and transparency.

Public Grievances Management platform should focus on data visualization, Infographic etc. for better understanding of Grievances.
