About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

जनसुनवाई जनता के लिए बहुत बड़ी ताकत हो सकती है।इसे दो भागों में बांट कर देखा जाय तो एक तो लोगों की व्यक्तिगत शिकायतें हैं और दूसरी जन सामान्य से जुड़ी समस्याओं को लेकर की गयी शिकायत। जिन समस्याओं का स्वत: संज्ञान अधिकारियों को लेना है परन्तु उनकी उपेक्षा से समस्या पैदा हुई है और उस पर शिकायत होती है तो इसे बड़ी गंभीरता से देखने की आवश्यकता है।शिकायत कर्ता आखिर कर प्रधानमंत्री जी के विकास में जनभागीदारी का ही पोषण कर रहा है।

Res sir, pgportal is very necessary in democratic country. common people can solve their problems. we recommended amedment. 1.the name of grievancer should be tottaly confidential. 2.the govt should think about grievancer present situation job/student/jender etc. 3.the govt should take action that grievancer can remain safe with his/her current position either way optional way. 3.if concern private or govt dept.it should very confidient with name.only grievance should noted with no.only.

Many rich people get a facility as a poor man like ration card or others.Our country need a contributing programme for property need to link with E-Adhar if any cityzen not linked his\her property in that condition is suspicioous or for govt. This type of programme is helpful in decide poor or rich.

CPGRAMS पोर्टल अभी भी अच्छी प्रकार कार्य कर रहा है लेकिन इसमें थोड़ा सुधार करके इसे और प्रभावी बनाया जा सकता है

this is paresh vaghela govt is doing good work thay want the improvement but the employers who is working under it they are not working properly if they work properly then there is no qustion against the govt , when the people submiting their problems in portal they are not gating quick responce so govt have to think on it thank you paresh vaghela

another example of closing complaint without doing anything.what tactics they use simply said work will be done within 7 days and disposed off.now complaint is out of system and no monitoring whether they will finish in 7 days.many examples are with us where they did not do anything. only control would-be to make PGS more effective 1. should not allowed to dispose without finishing work 2. time bound 3. complainant signature to confirm work completed on form and upload that form on pgms
