I think corporator/MLA should instruct to citizen to call a meeting of all wards in his constituency . Some may attend. If there is reasonably good attendance, than residents should elect a committee and prepare guiding rules. Such committee should collect views/suggestions/complaints from ward residents and discuss them in periodical meetings to find a way to solve the matter. In case necessary refer the matter to corporator/MLA for their help /guidance. contd message 2

Respected sir In my view the working style of portals of Nivaran, help line of president, CPGRMS r in same line, simply transfer d appeals of employees 2 d concerned ministry, but after that, the officials r following d information based on recieving, without out going through in details 2 settle the matter.as there is no accountability,by watching this, the lower grade officials are feeling as heros, highly talented, this type of mentality should b controlled.other wise purpose will be defeated

Respected sir About CPGRMS portal, it is working like a post office or Receipt & Dispatch section, either it has to be strengthened or removed. My case is the best example,I had submitted about 10 applications through this portal to redress my grievances pending in Rlys since 38 yrs.this portal is simply transfer my appeals to Rly.ministry to settle my case.but as usual the clerk's of DRM/P/WAT r habituated 2 mislead all HOD's, president,Hon'ble Courts previously,as accepted notes from Division.

A large number of the grievances are disposed off with unsatisfactory solution or resolution of the problem. It may be because the concerned department or ministry or the officer is the final authority to dispose off the grievance. There should be an independent agency who should sample check the reason-ability of the disposal of the grievances. In addition the aggrieved individual could draw the attention of the independent agency to unsatisfactory resolution of grievance.

The application should help the user to choose the right addressee depending on the type of grievance. Also the app should intimate the user acknowledgement by the resolving officer. if the grievance is not addressed within the specified date, the application should show the data against the officers who don't resolve it and should be in the public domain. thus efficiency of each officer will be known to the public and the higher authorities should assess the officers accordingly

First of all the given time to handle grievances is not long enough to get images back down of the service the process should be clear like water and feed back provided by portal is too fast. Make the portal handy and clean
