About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Sir please make CPGRAMS more effective and complaint specific to give maximum benefits to the citizen.spread awareness about its use & ensure that the identity of the complainant is not disclosed to the person whose complaint is being lodged.Ensure strict action , if the complaint is found baseless or fake.Make it compulsory equal as RTI.

Dear Mygov Very few people know about the grievance portal and many do not understand the system . If a system can be developed such as putting help box or setting up grievances redressal centres at different localities which should be taken into consideration by independent authorities . They should get acknowledgement letter to create a belief that solution coming up . Common people hesitate to complain due to fear of wrath by those on higher positions in society . I have send so many Complain through CPGRAMS pgportal.gov.in regerding Permission to Appointment with PM but still no reply has came to me.
