About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Honorable Sir/Madam ji Nameshkar, For the promotion of digital/electronic technology I humbly request MyGov to ban on using of left thumb impression by applying of black ink on the individual citizens on the stamp papers and on the sheet of paper at the time of conducting UGC/NTA examinations and kindly use biometric fingerprint scanner this digital era. Hon. PM has made great effort for good governance and speedy resolution of problems and difficulties of people by corruption free system of government. It requires some improvement for speedy resolution. In some cases, grass root officer do not take it seriously or creating technical error arbitrary replying without the base of fact or law. there should be some little action required,so that, govt. officer can take it seriously to resolves the issue. thanks, Jai Hind

Hon.PM has made great effort for new India, But, in respect to CBDT, order of Hon.SC,(2002)(2007)(2012), order of CBDT no.18/2015 dated 2/11/15 in respect to allowability of deduction u/s.80P(2)(a)(i) on interest income from investment in co-op.bank, nationalised bank, But,learned AO at Bhavnagar,Gujarat not followed the above order and issued SCN shows contempt of the order of Hon.SC and CBDT In the case of PAN AAAAB0604N and other 6 cases. prays to investigate matter for appro.action,Jai Hind

The grievance redressal mechanism should involve only those persons who are not related/ concerned to part/ entire grievance. It can never be redressed by those who themselves are the reason of grievance of a person.

In order to increase punctuality in Government Offices, I suggest that Transport Allowance being given to Government Servant should be linked to their attendance. It is should be given on the basis of number of days officials attend office and not lump sum amount per month.
