Kindly do provide the options for skill based career progression in India not just rather having a certain amount of experience for promotion. Allow the government employees to develop attitude of social responsibility to come out of comfort zone and try to betterment in their areas of interest. and also credit them based on number of grievances solved. majority of problems can be solved by peers.

Please improve the working culture of govt Organisations for state and central. If we posting our grivience with in seven days it should be solved. And please make a platform on reviews and feedback for every govt offices ie that HOD should know the working culture of there sub Ordinates. And govt people should get appraisals and promotions based on there work. But not on senoirity. Based on efficient skills he should get promoted. And how much he is helpful to persons who meet him in his office

The government of India wants to implement digital paperless technology in all states , but in certain states still following old working system and still not implement the digital technologies and also not properly using Aadhaar based offline e-KYC authentication system. I am very much thankful to NSDL they have using Aadhaar based offline e-KYC authentication system for NAD students registration..

This is great to know our Government is taking right measures. Properly addressing to grievances is important. I Had recently reported a complaint against a bank services with RBI. I got the same answer what bank gave for 45 days. This was the reason bank was cool to tell me go to RBI and they are only answerable to RBI and not to me. We think RBI is fair and not in favour of bank but outcome wasn't. For me this is the case, what about others. We really need this and thanks to our Government.

The portal need to be popularlize on large scale. The common masses have a belief that Govt. is creating a portal looking into large prospective of benefiting Public Grievences but the implementing agencies work hard to dismantle the system by making excuses in terms on inquiries. A strong and stringent mechanism should be put in place wherein the grievences is to be handled in a maximum of 7 days and any failure may lead to stringent action against any indiscipline in handling.

Nice step but no proper resolution. I have filed a grievance and it's been more than 20 days but there has been no action taken. a timeline should be fixed to at least respond to the grievance. once acknowledge, fix timeline should be given to resolve the issue considering the problem on hand as all problems cannot be fixed in short time.
