About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

"Sanzkrit is a vedic language and it represents the indian culture and heritage .It should be a compulsory subject from primary and secondry level in school curricullum. If it is done it will be a strong pillar of strenhth against the moral downfall in society.

govt.shall develop communication channel for complaining the denying of gst cash memo.digital payment etc. Also develop fixed amount against once tax for doctors lawyers and film actors

Cant our motor company can produce or manufacture LPG vehicles to start initiative in the area of LPG cylinder vehichle. Why our government has stopped working after converting all auto to LPG. Why only auto..we should convert all public transport to LPG mode in a stage vise phase. This will control pollution and can generate new jobs in new field.

dear modi ki please legalize cannabis, bhang, ganja, that is our traditional herb like Tulsi ,the sacred herb, Congress govt banned this under suppression of America . now Americans done research on the cannabis . they found it's health benefits and legalizing it in their country. cigarettes and tobacco are very harmful and cause cancer but those stuffs are still legal but cancer killing ganja is banned in our country. by legalization of cannabis our economy and health care will flourish. thank

Hello Sir. In your rvery speech you say to world that your country is young country. Your young country is unhealthy and you are aware of this. Pollution is playing a huge role in this too. This is the time when we should control the ongoing rising of pollution in ebry part of our India. This is the time when we should think on conversion from petrol diesel to LPG use in each and every vehicle. This is the immediate need of the time.

जो प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना चलाई गई है जिस मे गरीब लोगो को लाभ देने का प्रावधान है इस योजना में ग्राम पंचायत के अधिकारिओ के द्वारा भ्रष्टाचार किया जा रहा है, आवास का लाभ दिलवाने के लिए गरीब लोगो से एक आवास का लाभ दिलवाने के लिए 10,000 या उस से भी अधिक रुपए लिए जाता है यदि लोगो के द्वारा पैसा देने से मना कर दिया जाता है तो उन लोगो को लाभ नही दिलवाया जाता है। ये भी होता है की जिन लोगो के पास पक्का मकान होता है फिर भी उस व्यक्ति को इस योजना का दिलवाया जाता है।ये समस्या कोई एक ग्राम पंचायत नही है

I am not a beggar I am ek yodha swachhataka,I had submitted my grievance regarding some common society problem,like my colony road which had not made from last 7 years,garbage & rubble throwing intensely in green belt by gzb nagar nigam swathya vibhag JEwith help of powerfull person although there is no such orders from gzb nagar nigam authorities,Contamination of groundwater because of drain,Garbage bin behind Bal Bharati School Brij Vihar GZB, nothing solved, @bhemant106 ( my twitter account)

1 . Many Advocates, CAs , Doctors, Surgeons , Private Tutors never issue Money Receipts to their Clients/ Patients/ Students to evade Income Tax . 2 . Income Tax Department and ED may kindly be advised to assess their Actual Income and also track down all their Disproportionate Assets and Illegal Wealth . 3 . IT Deptt may also be advised to assess actual Incomes of all Political Mafias, Sand & Mining Mafias and Corrupted Govt Officials . If possible all their Illegal Wealth must be Confiscated .

sir, cities are getting developed but when will be development in villages . even today there is no proper school, hospitals in some villages . many companies are in cities but most of the employee are from cities and villagers are not getting proper computer knowledge . Getting backward means not in money interms of awareness of utilizing knowledge all people should be aware of technology that is my intention thank you
