About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

यूट्यूब पर छात्रों के लिए एक अलग लॉग इन प्रोसेस होना चाहिए ताकी वे यूट्यूब का इस्तेमाल केवल पढ़ाई के लिए कर सके। छात्रों के लिए एक अलग क्षेत्र होने से यह फायदा होगा की उन्हें सभी प्रकार के स्टडी वीडियोस एक पास उपलब्ध होंगा जिसका वे भरपूर लाभ उठा सकते हैं।ऐसे क्षेत्र में कोई भी ऐसा विज्ञापन नही होगा जो उनके ध्यान को पढ़ाई से हटा सके क्योकि अक्सर ऐसा होता है कि छात्र पढ़ते वक्त कोई विज्ञापन देखते हैं और उसके पीछे पड़ जाते हैं।अतः मेरा यह मानना है कि छात्रों के लिए एक अलग व्यवस्था होना चाहिए।..धन्यवाद

As per my view rural areas issues may not come to you in larger periphera. For rural areas more information need to be reached. I am trying from my end , but is limited area. Janta ki seminar where people can ask open questions and government officials will discuss the various schemes along with other social issues and can be arranged at each panchayat level.This will enable more reach to the ground level

Jay hind Jay bharat GST me har month GST bhar dene ka, lekin customer ka payment mile na mile frod ho use government Ko koi Lena dena nahi. police bhi GST Bill hone par F I R nahi leti. kya koi kanun nahi ban sakta bill banane par 30 din ya 45 din me payment kar dene ka. government to kya apna gst 20 tarikh se pehle bhar do bad tumhara kam tu jano. aapna kam banta bhad me jai janta. ek rat me not bandhi, GST la shakte par esa kanun nahi layenge. Me abhi tak me online 5-6 complain kar chuka hu

I am unable to upload pictures of letter received from NHAI in response to my complaint regarding non completion of Nh-74, Near our colony, Green Park, Kashipur Road, Rudrapur, using this app. now a png is uploaded. Please ask the concerned authorities to complete this unbuilt patch at the earliest

रेल यातायात जो हमारे देश का सबसे बड़ा यातायात है अभी उसमें आय वृद्धि करने के लिए अल्टरनेट कर्म में रेल का परिवहन किया जाना चाहिए इसके लिए कुछ कुछ रेलों को प्राइवेट व कुछ को सरकारी इस प्रकार से टिकटों का वितरण करेगी जिससे लोग टिकट लेकर प्राइवेट रेलों में बैठे प्राइवेट रेल गवर्नमेंट के अधीन हो नहीं हो लेकिन अनौपचारिक तरीके से वह गवर्नमेंट के सानिध्य में हो यही क्रम देश की रेल यातायात में आय का स्त्रोत पढ़ा सकता है उदाहरण के लिए सड़कों पर चलने वाली निजी बसें मैं सरकारी बसें
