About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

, सर मैं दिल्ली काफी बार आता जाता रहता हूं और मुझे हर बार ट्रैफिक का सामना करना पड़ता है सर पूरे भारत में यह सबसे बड़ी प्रॉब्लम बन चुकी हैऔर मुझे लगता है कि #(इसका सबसे बड़ा कारणजो आजकल किस्तों पर गाड़ियां मिलने लग गई है वह सबसे बड़ा कारण है मैं चाहता हूं की कंपनियों को किस्तों पर गाड़ी देना बंद करना चाहिए)# जिससे काफी हद तक ट्रैफिक पर लगाम लग जाएगी जनता को परेशानी जरूर होगी पर देश को आसानी हो जाएगी बाकी आप हमसे ज्यादा समझदार है आप सरकार में है आप की सरकार हैइतना बड़ा देश चला

sir hamare desh ko bs teen chiz barbad kar raha 1.bad politicians jo ki paise se bs apna tejori bharte h 2.government employee jinka ki aone salry se mn nhi bharta aur sarkari ke nam oe n dhung se kaam karte .3 hmara education system jo ki faltu chiz sikhata h it should be like china or america bs skill pe focus karo wo sikaho jo aage kaam dega jaise ki artificial intelligence 5 class se hi business books and etc

Whether the issue raised is OK, or acceptable or not OK to be replied to the issue raiser so as to have satisfaction or will try in a different approach. Without answering any thing if things are kept blank, submitter will not be satisfied. for Eg: Solar Panels on top of Rail coaches been represented, if it is been done by Govt by themselves should be informed with proper text so that the idea floater will be happy, otherwise it will be disappointment to the citizen. Please.....

Dear Sir, This is a good platform for all the citizens to express their ideas and views and the concern expressed is been forwarded to respective authority for resolution. There are lapses in this system, there is no revert on some concerns raised, even after several reminders were floated, still it is kept pending. One fine day this is closed without any satisfactory answer, by the time heat of the issue becomes cool. Please bring down resolution time and advise back on the solution please.

sir jaise ek company me ek worker report deta h daily paise aur kaam ka usi tarah ek minister ek mla ek mp aur local leader ko public ko report dena chayie ki har 6 mahine me maine kya kiya aur kitne paise kharch kiye isse hm ek ek kam ka detail dekht sakte ye bhi dekh sakte h ki minister kaam kar rahe h ya ghpla kar rahe iske liye election commission ko ek ek website ready karni hogi jaha wo report kare every 6mnth nhi karne par unhe punishment bhi deni

A Mobile Application can be developed with all regional languages for the public to post their grievances. A Grievance ID should be created for every grievance posted. One Time password should be generated to the respective mobile number and once the One time password is entered, the grievance id should be displayed on the screen and should come as a text message to the mobile number for checking status. Awareness of using this should be communicated to the people by all communicative mediums.

Humans and Wildlife lost their lives or get badly injured while crossing railway tracks and roads. Air Bags can be installed in all the transport vehicles such as Trains, Buses, Lorries, Cars, Vans etc. as shown in the video link. This will be helpful to save lot of human lives as well as wild life. But the air bag mechanism should withstand a weight of a Male elephant which weighs approx. 7 tons. Under Make in India this Air Bag Production can be initiated so that we shall export these also.
