About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Portal should be on voice and opinions count and pave new in favour of people. It should be informative and educative in sense. It should be reach to unreachable. It teaches people participation in the National theme and is making people participation in the mainframe of social flow and National endurance. It shapes personality and develops positive attitude and habits. It encourage positive thinking and generates we feeling and patriotic zeal. Grievence portal should aim to all and no negetism.

sir there are lots of programs for housewives to start earning from home when i went to apply they ask for bpl card and we dont have that.there was program where pregnant women and feeding mother's ll get 6000/- never got that also people and not giving correct information to is for it and asha workers keep changing so it makes more difficult as they and nit getting paid for months together.help us sir by giving some options to start something of ur own from home. Thank you

CPGRAMS पर जितने भी शिकायत आती है उनकी जांच DM अथवा सचिव स्तर के आधिकारी करे अथवा सी० बी ० आई से जांच कराये ताकि गरीब जनता से न्याय हो सके और न्यायलय पर भी इसका बोझ कम हो सके ग्रामीण भारत अब भी लोग न्यायलय का खर्च नही उथा पाते है

CPGRAMS कि सभी शिकायत पर जांच कि समय सीमा के बाद उसकी समयसीमा भी लिख कर आधिकारी को देना चाहिए अगर समय पर कार्य न हो तो आधिकारी पर जुरमाना पर डे के हिसाब से लगाया जाये

Sir if this app is really us full . Pls help me out with getting any government job . Sir I am from karnataka, we are not getting any benefits from governments regarding jobs .. if we pass exams also they will ask for money . They are only constructing on there position in dr fight we are dieing , though we trust our PM modhi sir to pls recandmend some jobs for our food .. we beg you

CPGRAMS पर जो शिकायत कि जाती है उनकी सारी शिकायत पर न्याय होता है अथवा नही इस पर विचार किजिए क्या उस कि जांच रिपोर्ट मे प्रथी के साइन करा कर घोसणा पत्र क्यो नही लिखाया जाता कि प्रथी संतुस्ट है अथवा नही

The most cruel illness is mental illness. There are 1000 types of mental illness - but our society brand them all in one basket. The seriousness of this illness can only be understood by those who are close to the patient. There is an injection for them to be taken every month to keep the illness under control. Since that injection is imported it costs rupees 8600 every month. I plead the government to give some consession to these patients so that the society around them can live peacefully.
