About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

CPGRAMS: Monitoring Of Public Grievances And Recommended Systamatic Some suggestions are: 1.make sure that all words are spelled correctly 2.try different keyword 3.try more general keyword 4.try fewer keyword

Pgportal is very good initiative. But proper disposal of grievance depends on the officer to whom the grievance is forwarded. Sometimes grievances are closed without taking proper step. It will be better if there is some post disposal checking by some independent authority. Secondly, not all people are still aware of pgportal. They don't know how to file the grievances. If college students are engaged as volunteer to collect and report grievance of the people of his area, it will be very helpful

Respected officers, my main target kills the hackers in the banking sectors, who will give the permission hackers and fraudulent in the banking sectors, there is no action those persons. My suggestion controlled the fraudulent in the banking sectors also who will suffering from account please arrange this is my humble request.

PG portal is very good initiative of GOI which enables the citizens to redress their grievances. However, most of common/poor people are not aware about PG Portals. I also have noticed that many state Government have their own verson of Grievance portal and people gets confused where to lodge their grievances as they are mostly not aware about distribution of work among states and centre. it is suggested to make CPGRAM portal a common platform for citizen by integrating it with that of States.

suggestion: please make mygov, PMindia, UMANG as pre installed applications in cell phones sold in India. also if possible advertise these sites may be in Times Of India website with a link to install these softwares.
