I had been using bamboo for the past many decades in various forms. Furniture, cooking utensils, shoots as vegetable, water bottle in battlefield, self-made flute, fruit basket, salad bowl, casserole for serving momos, idlis etc., drawing room items, small green shoots for decoration, good luck and good health, bamboo groves to rest after a long march and always being careful to look out for cobras. Recently purchased socks mixed with bamboo fibre. Let the bamboo people live long and happy.
