Bamboo strips long and hard sections can be used as reinforcement for mud roof houses in rural and remote areas and can be covered with palm or other plant based roof to protect from rain.
more echo friendly and cool home can be made.
Here bamboo replaces reinforced iron bars.bamboo sections are used in bottom of mud slab to give strong base and long life for house roofs.
Gives good look and low cost roof where resources are within reach it is recomended to use replacing expensive materials.

Handicrafts and household consumption can create a market to generate some money for craftsmen but can not increase the consumption significantly.
For this Industrial and commercial use of bamboo shall be increased to benefit the bamboo growers and to assure the growers a regular consumption.
