Bamboo has been the lifeline of rural India since time immemorial. With the passage of time and development of technologies leading to new usage, the 'green gold' has turned into a potential game changer for rural economy - for the farmer and industry equally.

With this background and number of progressive measures including the amendment of the Indian Forest Act to remove bamboo outside forests from the definition of 'trees', the restructured National Bamboo Mission (NBM) was launched in 2018-19 for the development of complete value chain of bamboo sector linking growers (farmers) with industry starting from raising quality planting material, plantation, creation of facilities for collection, aggregation, processing, micro, small & medium enterprises, skill development and brand building initiative in a cluster approach mode.

‘National Bamboo Mission’ invites farmers, entrepreneurs, researchers, bamboo-based industry to send in their experiences, innovations, and good practices adopted for increased productivity, strengthen supply of raw material to industry, products in sync with contemporary markets, REPLACE SINGLE USE PLASTICS, new age construction, and other sunrise uses.

Bamboo is a readily available resource that has many sustainable and versatile benefits. Bamboo Is A Renewable Resource – When bamboo is harvested, it will continue to grow new shoots from its amazing root system. There is no additional planting or cultivation.

Prime Minister Sir and Indian Friends, Bamboo made utility items use in domestic level, Bamboo fit or attached as like Guard on Vehicles to prevent dent , scratch. Purchase Bamboo made kids Toys or Exercise kit's, it helps to encourage Indian farmers creativity as well as increase source of income and prevent use of plastic Toys and to improve per capita income of Farmers. Aim is utilisation of waste land and use of Bamboo in small root rizome plant platform, Vertical farm 🙏Jay Shri Krishna

For washing vessels, villages people use coconut mattai naar. ( choury we call in tamil. ). It is biodegradable instead of plastic or aluminium . 9. In tamil we say mukkanigal - ie Mango, banana, jackfruit. I think since it is and the tree as a whole useful for some purpose. Mango tree stems can be used for furnitures. Banana tree useful ss a whole everyone knows. Jackfruit tree uses to create Veena etc. South - Kerala people may be knowing.

झोपडी बना ना, बां बू का आचार, बांबू की सब्जी, बाबू के दारा सजावट का सामान बनाना, चटाई बनाना अगरवत्ति बनानाआदि । यहि नहीं किसान अपनी फ सल के चारो ओर भी Bambo को लगा सकता है। जिससे मिटटि का कटाव रोकने में मदद मिलती है। वरन जानवरो से खेती की रक्षा की जा सकती है ।

Bamboo has many uses, mainly in construction (flooring, roofing designing, and scaffolding), furniture, food, biofuel, fabrics, cloth, paper, pulp, charcoal, ornamental garden planting, and environmental characteristics, such as a large carbon sink and good phytoremediation option, improving soil structure and soil.

National Bamboo missions are invented to farmers. Bamboo is green positive energy. Aa Atumonous approach and analysis of tasks are very much useful. Multipurpose thoughts, multipurpose employees and employers are every day job is to be BAMBOO. Every movement Environment health is good from Bamboo. An Atumonous health of Environment very much good. Organic health is best health. Organic minds and Organically activities are very valuable. Bamboo is one of Organically valuable plants. Thanks.
