Honourable PM sir,
Here are my few suggestions.
1. Bamboo can be used to make paper since it matures fast & would prevent cutting of trees that take many years to achieve their full size.
2. Bamboo is a great alternative to plastic as it can be used to make furniture ,handicrafts, carrybags, handbags, floor carpets, sitting mats etc.
3. Indians residing in the north east use it in some ayurvedic preparations. That knowledge should be tapped for larger benefit of the population.
Thanks

Sir
Bamboo can used as a food (bamboo pickle, tender shoots as vegitable).
Bamboo can be used as a material for furniture ( bamboo splint by hot gluing, one can use like a plank for door and window shutters and etc; one can use for other furniture also).
it is a very good material for handicrafts.
