Bamboo has been the lifeline of rural India since time immemorial. With the passage of time and development of technologies leading to new usage, the 'green gold' has turned into a potential game changer for rural economy - for the farmer and industry equally.

With this background and number of progressive measures including the amendment of the Indian Forest Act to remove bamboo outside forests from the definition of 'trees', the restructured National Bamboo Mission (NBM) was launched in 2018-19 for the development of complete value chain of bamboo sector linking growers (farmers) with industry starting from raising quality planting material, plantation, creation of facilities for collection, aggregation, processing, micro, small & medium enterprises, skill development and brand building initiative in a cluster approach mode.

‘National Bamboo Mission’ invites farmers, entrepreneurs, researchers, bamboo-based industry to send in their experiences, innovations, and good practices adopted for increased productivity, strengthen supply of raw material to industry, products in sync with contemporary markets, REPLACE SINGLE USE PLASTICS, new age construction, and other sunrise uses.

Bamboo plays an important role in the environment. Bamboo helps lower the light intensity and protects against ultraviolet rays. Bamboo development reduces pollution and its plants reduce up to 35% carbon dioxide in the climate and deliver more oxygen. Thankyou.

Atumonous approach is more important for Bamboo plants. Valuation of Bamboo's more than gold. And also use is more important.

बॉंस की खेती की खुशबू चंदन लकडी जैसी है।चंदन घिसकर खुशबू आती है, वैसे ही बाँस के खेती आर्थिक व्यवस्था पर खुशबू आती है। बॉंस की खेती से जादा माञा वातावरण शुद्ध, विकास के लिए सकारात्मक ऊर्जा ही अर्थपूर्ण है। आयुर्वेदिक,आयुर्वेदिक दवा, आहार, वैज्ञानिक विकास हो सकता है। पर्यावरण शुद्ध होना और पर्यावरण संतुलित हो सकता है। चंदन की लकड़ी Gold के मूल्यांकन से जादा मूल्यांकन बॉंसका है। जीवन में जादा वापर ही बॉंस है। विज्ञान के साथ बॉंस से इंधन बनाना, कागज बनाना है। मातृभूमि की जय हो। 🙏

Respected Prime Minister Sir, I learnt that during earthquakes in Asian countries, people run into bamboo groves and forests as they are known as very safe places. This is due to their very safe and stable root structure but also their symbolism for luck and fortune!

bamboo is a very use ful to make home in forest area .also poor man make some item from bamboo .and like they earn money from bamboo.it is good for medicine also its young cropes use for small young child when they are sick.government have to support to grow bamboo tree.

🙏 PM Sir and Colleagues, Bamboo is Play pivot role i.e. Prevention of Soil Erosion, it's helpful to save fertile soil, prevention of Runoff, Grow bamboo on borders of rivers, canal helps to Proper ways of flow of water, In Agricultural field also grow Bamboo on borders with adequate spacing between two plant, it's doesn't impact on yield of main crop. If we engaged in vegetables farming i.e. Bottle guard, Bitterguard, Cucumber & Bete leaves, Bamboo play role of Supporting Piller as well shed.🙏

sir, if do fensing using barbed wires the maintaining is difficult.but the palm & bamboo are very good protectors of border of agricultural land & used multipurpose, stays for many years, bamboo has ayurvedic treatment, used for construction of shelter, multipurpose of bamboo product are naturally degradable & non expensive and allergy. the animals birds gets nest, food, biodiversity conservation helps protect crops. wrong education mitigating the use of natural resources for humen. disasters pr
