Respected Prime Minister Sir,
I learnt that Bamboo does not require fertilizers for optimal growth. Discarded leaves of bamboo provide all needed nutrients when they start to decompose.

बाँस के तीव्र गति से बढने के कारण, एक वर्ष में उचित फसल सुविधा के द्वारा 30 टन बाँस का उत्पादन प्रति हेक्टेयर किया जा सकता है। एक 18 मीटर लम्बे पेड़ को काटने पर उसका पुर्ननिर्माण होने में 30 से 60 वर्ष लग जाते है। इसकी तुलना में 18 मीटर के बाँस को 59 दिनों में वापस उगाया जा सकता है। बाँस पर साधारणतया 12 से 120 वर्षों में फूल लगते है, और बीजों की प्राप्ति होती है। फूलों एवं बीज हेतु लगने वाला समय बाँस की प्रजाति पर निर्भर करता है।

बांस पृथ्वी पर सबसे तेज बढ़ने वाला काष्ठीय पौधा है। इसकी कुछ प्रजातियाँ एक दिन में 121 सेंटीमीटर तक बढ़ जाती हैं। थोड़े समय के लिए ही सही पर कभी-कभी तो इसके बढ़ने की रफ्तार एक मीटर प्रति घंटा तक पहुँच जाती है। इसका तना, लम्बा, पर्वसन्धि युक्त, प्रायः खोखला एवं शाखान्वित होता है। तने को निचले गांठों से अपस्थानिक जड़े निकलती है।

भारत में हमारी प्राचीन सभ्यता हमारी संस्कृति आदि की वजह से बहुत सारी वस्तुएं, प्रकृति आदि सुरक्षित हैं! हमारी भारतीय संस्कृति में बांस का बहुत महत्व है! जन्म से लेकर मृत्यु तक लकड़ी का उपयोग किया जाता है!हमारी संस्कृति में बांस को जलाना उचित नहीं माना गया है और इसका वैज्ञानिक कारण भी है इसी वजह से बांस सुरक्षित है और हमारे लिए बहुत उपयोगी है!
जब तक भारतीय संस्कृति रहेगी तब तक हमारी प्रकृति रहेगी !

sir farming of bamboo is not difficult compare to other crop, educated unemployed can be used in that. The problem is related with land.. thus allot land for farming to unemployed youth n we will have better result..
