Dear Sir , Why are we having such a long selection criteria for Civil Services . Had the services been effective India would have been at a better position at the world stage . I think we need to relook the selection criteria .

Government has opened new IIM's , why not ask the existing private institutions to benchmark the existing IIM's course materials so that they can also benefit from Harvard knowledge and case studies .

Goodevening Sir , I am an Academic Associate working at Indian Institute Of Management Indore . I did Mechanical Engineering from a local Engineering College in Rajasthan named as Jaipur Engineering College and Research Centre . As 90 % of IIM students are Engineers why cannot we extend the IIM case study method to Engineering Colleges also . This will help us to strengthen the concepts at Engineering degree level as some subjects are common between Engineering and Management .

I do ultrasounds as a profession. The wide use of ultrasound has led to femal fetecide. Attach a video recorder to every ultrasound so that it records full scans like a black box. Store the scans for 2 years and any doubt one can spot the offenders. Also do not allow both ultrasounds and MTP clinics at one small venue.
