But sir real financial burden for 95% population is at the time of marriage of the girl. Parents hv to take loans at high interest rates. Pl stop this heavy spending burden on parents of girl child. The foreign language and area specialists working in MoD, MHA, Cab Sectt etc need to be merged into one organized cadre like the GoI plan to raise a specialists' service. Currently these experts suffer from glacial career progression despite playing a crucial role for national security. Fresh talent prefers corporate jobs over govt due to much better salaries, career prospects, scope of work. This brain drain has serious implications for GoI.
