ID & RD Celebrations 2 - Chennai (2016), Lucknow (2017), Chennai/ Kolkata (2018), Mumbai (2019). The schedule for the next 10-15 years should be announced now. Homage at Amar Jawan Jyothi be de-linked to the Martyr’s Day on 30 Jan. Independence Day speeches from J&K, Arunachal Pradesh & other NE states, Andaman & Lakshwadeep will also give a resounding message to China & Pakistan, Kashmiri separatists & insurgents in the NE.

ID & RD Celebrations 1 - National Days like Independence Day & Republic Day celebration should instead of being confined to Delhi be celebrated in different states/ locations each year. Logistical problem is not insurmountable as military colimns & state tableaus come from all over the country. PM’s ID speech should be from Srinagar/ Kargil/ Leh (2015), Tawang/ Itanagar (2016), Port Blair (2017), Panji (2018). Likewise the Republic Day Parade should be Kolkata/

this solo act i.e. celebrating Women's day as proud and fully dedicated to women would give immense fruitful results but the thing is how serious the government is? or it is just for the sake of formality. Even if we are manager, principal, dean, chancellor of any university,I.A.S or at higher post we can do the same at our own level rather than hoping government to do miracle.

Education for All 3 - C) Term based promotion reduces penalty for failure to just 3 months; shift system even enables them to attend fast track subsequently & erase the term loss & stigma. Flexibility gives vast array of choices & even allows proposed & existing systems to run concurrently. Above Revolution is a game changer – most visible, no cost, easiest & fastest to be accomplished – WAR & WAY. May even end up as India’s gift to the world

Education for All 2 - All 3 causes lead to large scale dropouts. Education for All-without Additional Resources & Within A Year turns wish into reality by a) Harnessing wasted ½ year to have a mix of inter day & intra-day shifts increases the use of existing infrastructure & capacity of schools 6-fold, reduces cost per pupil to 1/3 b) 6 shifts enable parents to have at least one child at home at all times & sending all the children including girls in different shifts

Education for All 1 - Education for all has been a pious wish, turning it into reality needs right diagnosis a) extremely low use of infrastructure leading to low capacity of each school & high cost per pupil b) inflexible timing of single shift in schools & need for children’s help at home force parent to choose between help & education, they choose the former c) loss of a whole year for the child & a whole year extra fees, due to failure/ sickness, is too severe a penalty.

Pretty educated people are also involved in this thus we can't trust the higher officials fully thus it requires posting of girl official in highly affected area as head of locality and each woman in the age group of 5-80 should be hailed for her contribution in empowering girls. We do have international women's day why we are not utilizing it if only awareness can remove huge problem like POLIO from whole country than we should use same for this.
