My question which shud b discusd between India's PM and America's President is this only that whether such a strict law should be followed or not in India to eradicate rape cases from the country.......one of d very important decision to be taken for the sake of all women in India....

The only way we can eradicate illiteracy from India is by educating a girl child.By educating a girl child we would be empowering them financially. Beti Bachao -Beti Padhao is going to be major leap in transforming India.

PC PNDT should be digitalised , there should not be any private doctor in the observer commity of state PCPNDT commity as they can be biased and inter-clinic riverly can take place , doctor or radiologist should not be punished for mere not filling ' f 'form , clinics should not be sealed , better is to digitalise the form 'f' and make it online
