Central government is also requested to launch a scheme for the employees who have only girl child like full education reimbursement of girl child, also give assured guaranted job for girl child.

If we want to empower women or girls we must make them skilled by way of professional education,training,and providing jobs in rural areas as well as in urban areas. we can not imagine women empowerment without making them economically independent. Betis should undertake the responsibilities of betas they should prove themselves an asset not burden for the parents. Only when difference between beti and beta will come to an end and India will progress in double speed.
