In the Govt. Polytechnics exclusive Women hostels have been constructed by the Govt. of India funds. Most of the hostels are lying vacant for want of girl students. If admission eligibility can be fixed as per merit i.e. marks obtained in 10th class, local girls can admit themselves in the polytechnics and hostels will be utilized. Also female teaching/non-teaching appointment must be ensured for looking after such women hostels in the polytechnics.

Girls as well women still think that they should not come forward in each and every matter of their own life as well as society related matter. Because society will not accept them. Actually now a days all things are not like that. They should think like that- "I AM BRAVER THAN YOU THINK. I AM STRONGER THAN YOU THINK . I AM SMARTER THAN YOU THINK."
