The Ministry is seeking suggestions/ ideas/ inputs on the modalities of celebrating the village formation day, either on a particular date, or a day of choice based on some historical reasons or on April 24, the Panchayati Raj Day.

Individual queries series of questions seeking inputs on the following aspects of the village formation day would be posed to the citizens:

i. How the village formation day may be identified by each village i.e. either on a particular date, or a day of choice based on some historical reasons or on April 24, the Panchayati Raj Day?

ii. What all activities could be undertaken for celebrating the village formation day?

iii. In what ways could the villagers be involved with the celebration of the village formation day?

iv. What could be the funding source(s) for the celebrating the village formation day?

v. What resolve by villagers/Gram Panchayat, Goal setting for next year/five years towards improving quality of life parameters (like safe drinking water, open defecation free village, solid and liquid waste management, reduction in infant mortality rate and maternal mortality rate, etc.)
could be incorporated in the village formation day?

vi. What could be the basis of the preparation of the roll of honour of individuals?

vii. What kind of awards honouring the people who have done exceptional work could be instituted during the village formation day?

dear, sir I would like to share idea regarding panchayat development .development work such as Road,Light,infrastructure,water,Health care,etc. state Govt should provide direct fund to panchayat which can help in 1.It can give employment for local youth.2.Corruption can be reduce 3.work quality can improve 4.development could speed up. And I suggest 'jilaha parishad' should be remove only panchayat samitti should be there

Dear PM Sir, Digital Services to rural in a Single level platform of providing all government schemes and services, build all infrastructures, technologies development, promotes rural entrepreneurship, builds rural capacities and livelihoods. The strategy has been evolving with time, and taking into its new approaches such as participatory local community to all Government agencies through common service centers. Grampanchayat will have every 5000 or more population contain one unit of CSC.

There is one of the biggest problem in gaya that teenagers ride bikes ...very fastly ...and police do nothing ...cause of their riding the traffic of gaya get suffered from many ways....like accident; traffic jam ...etc...and it is bad for our environment... So i am requested that please take strictly steps. ...for this Thank you

माननीय प्रधान मंत्री जी मै आपसे कहना चाहता हूँकि राजस्व विभाग के अधिकारी कर्मचारी बेलगाम हो गये हैं उत्तर प्रदेश के सुल्तानपुर जनपद की कादीपुर तहसील में मनोज कुमार सिंह पुत्र उदय नारायण सिंह ग्राम जमुहट तहसील फूलपुर के नाम से बेलवाई माधौपुर बाजार में खरीदी जमीन की पैमाइस के लिये दफा 41 की दरख्वास्त पड़ी है.लेखपाल कानूनगो रूपया लेकर कच्ची पैमाइस कर गये अब मामला उपजिलाधिकारी के यहाँ लटका है. वे फैसला ही नहीं करना चाहते. भ्रष्टाचार की भी हद होती है. सूचना के अधिकार का भी जवाब नहीं देते. आप कुछ करें

States must install a simple,easy to use innovative machine in every village to get the inputs on Urea directly frm farmers in 1 month advance to minimise shortages and black marketing. Basis inputs manufacturing plants will produce n supply Urea to farmers directly thus avoiding any skew in demand supply. 2.Farmers will trust Govt and it's policies wherein middlemen will b reduced frm the country atleast in this area.

Village formation day may be celebrated by pledge of clean village to boost the Clean India Mission. Besides that each villages may be allocated fund for certain development activities such as schools, roads, health center etc. on actual construction and operational basis. The project may be covered under MGNREGA. So far we are analyzing the developments on the parameter of expense on certain areas, I suggest we must devise a mechanism to ensure end use just like the banks do in giving loans.

देश की ग्राम पंचायतो को लिमिटेड कम्पनी की तरह उपगोग करे जिसकी जीतनी जमींन हो उसका उतना हिस्सा तय करे जिसके पास जमींन ना हो तो अच्छी मजदूरी तय करे देश की ७० % समस्याओ का हल जरुर निकलेगा मैं पूरा विवरण (विस्तार )से समझा सकता हु लेकिन यहाँ पर पूरा नहीं लिख सकता हु क्यों की मेरे को ५०० शब्दों में लिखना है उसके लिए आप सब मेरे बिलोग देख सकते है उसका लिंक है http://kishan13g.blogspot.in/
