The Ministry is seeking suggestions/ ideas/ inputs on the modalities of celebrating the village formation day, either on a particular date, or a day of choice based on some historical reasons or on April 24, the Panchayati Raj Day.

Individual queries series of questions seeking inputs on the following aspects of the village formation day would be posed to the citizens:

i. How the village formation day may be identified by each village i.e. either on a particular date, or a day of choice based on some historical reasons or on April 24, the Panchayati Raj Day?

ii. What all activities could be undertaken for celebrating the village formation day?

iii. In what ways could the villagers be involved with the celebration of the village formation day?

iv. What could be the funding source(s) for the celebrating the village formation day?

v. What resolve by villagers/Gram Panchayat, Goal setting for next year/five years towards improving quality of life parameters (like safe drinking water, open defecation free village, solid and liquid waste management, reduction in infant mortality rate and maternal mortality rate, etc.)
could be incorporated in the village formation day?

vi. What could be the basis of the preparation of the roll of honour of individuals?

vii. What kind of awards honouring the people who have done exceptional work could be instituted during the village formation day?

We need to support and improve capacity of Community based organisation like NRLM supported Village organisation, Cluster level federations and give them a bigger role in key 5 service deliver system . i.e School education committee, Sanitation, Hospital management, Aanganwadi center , MGNREGA and Public distribution system. Every village organisation / CLF should be exposed to these system through NRLM ecosystem.

sir mgnrega is the best policy of world by the improve agricultural land, improve the ground water label,every field to connect main road by sampark marg etc.and sabse bari bat logo ko rojgar dekar unki life change kar di. but 2005 to 2014 tak bahut badlab hua ha jisse corruption ki sambhabna na k barabar ha sab kuch online ha me to kahunga ki itni transparency kise bi department me nahi ha..mgnrega is back born of india.. villages ka vikas without mgnrega impossible,then bharat ka kise hoga..

99.9% Sarpanch,Sachiv and other person who is responsible for village panchyat are highly corrupte persons.if some one object they make enemy so nobody want to make complain against Sarpanch and other people

Govt should change process adopted by previous govt in every department both in central and state and reduce the paper work and authorization from various officer tor a small work. I can provide so many solutions for some departments as for as I knows. kindly contact me the right person.

For active participation of panchayats it is essential to know the problems which can be solved at the panchayat level with help of local residents. problems like drainage. primary education, drinking water , rural roads , water storage ,rural electrification plant protection , crop cultivation and minor disputs can be solved with the help of local senior citizans and educated people because they better knows the local problems and their solutions.Panchayats should be empowered to do that.

Sir we have toll tax system In India and If we use these toll tax for other purpose like- heavy vehicle weight system which can be built on the road where they are passing so a very big problem of Over-Loading will solve automatically. If we use this method for other vehicles like passenger vehicle in which we can fix the weight for every vehicle then after if we found overloaded put fine on the spot.....it will be best use of TOLL TAX in our India....Jay Hind...... Jay Bharat.......

mnerga scheme is also destroying the public money , the manerga scheme only given corruption nothing else .the problem of employment is still existing on village level , the sole reason unemployment is that young generation not intending to do agriculture ,my suggestion on this to modernized agriculture and to develop the village ,please develop mechanism in village for development, , to established such trade at village level who provide job to village people

further it reflecting that mid day meal scheme launched by govt without public opinion , my request to modi govt to call public opinion on mid day meal i hope that 100 %people would be against , it also reflecting that prior to framing policies govt not taking into consideration the actual need of people of respective area, please frame the policy acording to need of people not acording to opinion of particular leader , etc ,

for active panchayat it require to make basic change in relating to panchayat ,time demanding active participation of panchayat in administration,in framing policies , number of policies existing only destroying the public money , the mid day meal scheme is not required in each every area of country , the money which destroying in mid day is liable to be spent in establishment qualitative school at village , the poor people children are liable for free education ,it is reflecting that govt
