The Ministry is seeking suggestions/ ideas/ inputs on the modalities of  celebrating the village formation day, either on a particular date, or a day of choice based on some historical reasons or on April 24, the Panchayati Raj Day.

Individual queries series of questions seeking inputs on the following aspects of the village formation day would be posed to the citizens:

i.    How the village formation day may be identified by each village i.e. either on a particular date, or a day of choice based on some historical reasons or on April 24, the Panchayati Raj Day?

ii.    What all activities could be undertaken for celebrating the village formation day?

iii.    In what ways could the villagers be involved with the celebration of the village formation day?

iv.    What could be the funding source(s) for the celebrating the village formation day?

v.    What resolve by villagers/Gram Panchayat,  Goal setting for next year/five years towards improving quality of life parameters (like safe drinking water, open defecation free village, solid and liquid waste management, reduction in infant mortality rate and maternal mortality rate, etc.)
could be incorporated in the village formation day?

vi.    What could be the basis of the preparation of the roll of honour of individuals?

vii.    What kind of awards honouring the people who have done exceptional work could be instituted during the village formation day?

one system should be adopted that contractor has to work only in field after hand over that contract rather than wandering in the office and engineers

अभी तक के सरकार के फैसलों से लग रहा है कि सरकार सिर्फ उद्योगो की चिन्ता कर रही है! और कृषि क्षेत्र की अन्देखी ! खाद बीज सहित अन्य चीजों की लागत बढ़ गयी है और फसल का सही मूल्य नही मिल पा रहा

Village formation day may be celebrated keeping in view of the time when each Panchayat/Villages equipped with facilities i.e. Telephone,Water, Roads etc. This was started during Ex.PM Mr. Atal ji taken over. Panchayti Raj is not very encouraging because caste system in our country has grown beyond control and any Sarpanch in Village favor their own caste/community people.Most of the persons who are close to Sarpanch are given BPL cards.Farmers who get subsidized ration stopped cultivation

राजस्थान में ACB द्वारा पकडे गए भ्रष्ट कर्मचारियों को सरकारी दबाव में बहाल किया जा रहा हे और इस प्रकार PM मोदी जी के स्वच्छ , पारदर्शी प्रशासन के वादे को पलीता लगाया जा रहा हे . वैसे भी ये लगता नहीं की भारत के PM मोदी जी की ही पार्टी द्वारा राजस्थान शासित हो रहा हे . वस्तुतः राजस्थान सरकार अपने अहंकार में चूर हे , यदि आज फिर से विधानसभा चुनाव हो और मोदी जी हाथ खड़े कर अपने बूते पर वसुंधरा जी को चुनाव मैदान में कूदने को कहें तो शायद 1/4 MLA भी वापस जयपुर नहीं पहुँच पाए. यहाँ 1 साल =0

राजस्थान में पंचायत चुनाव नहीं जैसे तमाशा हो रहा , MLA की जेब से प्रधान / प्रमुख ऐसे निकल रहे जैसे पाले हुए पिल्लै .....लोकतंत्र के मुख पर तमाचा ? ऐसे ऐसे सरपंच / प्रधान के दावेदार हे कि जिन्होंने कभी किसी अधिकारी / कर्मचारी की शक्ल तक शायद ही देखि हो प्रतिनिधित्व तो बहुत दूर की बात , लेकिन मालिक महरबान तो गधा पहलवान वाली बात हे . अभी अगर सार्थक NOTA का विकल्प मिले अर्थात NOTA करने से परिणाम प्रभावित होते हो तो शायद ही MLA अपने किसी अदने पिल्लै को जीता सके ऐसे चुनाव लोकतंत्र की हत्या समान हे

Today i joined this group. It is a very good platform to comunicate with govt. In gram panchyat there is a body "gram shabha" which regulate the panchyat work but reality is that it is only in paper.At ground there is no implementation. Sarpanch show his keen & thats it.. I request to govt to take step for effective utilization of "gram shabha" & ensure the duty of panchyat secrtary. Thank you
