The Ministry is seeking suggestions/ ideas/ inputs on the modalities of celebrating the village formation day, either on a particular date, or a day of choice based on some historical reasons or on April 24, the Panchayati Raj Day.

Individual queries series of questions seeking inputs on the following aspects of the village formation day would be posed to the citizens:

i. How the village formation day may be identified by each village i.e. either on a particular date, or a day of choice based on some historical reasons or on April 24, the Panchayati Raj Day?

ii. What all activities could be undertaken for celebrating the village formation day?

iii. In what ways could the villagers be involved with the celebration of the village formation day?

iv. What could be the funding source(s) for the celebrating the village formation day?

v. What resolve by villagers/Gram Panchayat, Goal setting for next year/five years towards improving quality of life parameters (like safe drinking water, open defecation free village, solid and liquid waste management, reduction in infant mortality rate and maternal mortality rate, etc.)
could be incorporated in the village formation day?

vi. What could be the basis of the preparation of the roll of honour of individuals?

vii. What kind of awards honouring the people who have done exceptional work could be instituted during the village formation day?

No new law...Make Panchayat more accountable..Role of Ward member is most crucial because he/she is the one who closely related to villagers and who is also among of the them , So it's more likely that All the welfare scheme should have digital signature of villagers and OTP on mobile by registering their numbers to government records and hard copy of actual address verified through ward member of Panchayat because the beneficiaries are closely related to ward members.

Kanoon sab ke liye barabar ho, aur kanoon ka dar sabhi ko ho, iske liye police ko immandari ka paath padana zaroori hai. aur iske liye police ko leaders ke changul se chudana hoga. Mere sujhav mein politicians aur leaders ke security ke liye ek alag suraksha dall banana chahiye jo sirf leaders ko dekhein. Police sirf aam logo ki suraksha kare immandari se. aur leaders ke suraksh guard ko bhi police aam aadmi ki tarha treate kare jisse janta par apni ya apne leaders ki zor zabardasti na chale.

Villages mein bhi kaanoon shehron ki tarha hi hona chahiye(practical) recently meine dekha hai ki chandigarh ke ek village (khudda ali sher) mein residential area mein mobile tower setup kiya gaya, without taking permissions of the neighbourers etc., but koi sunvai nahi. yahi agar city ka area ho to SDM, DC turant pahunchte hai unhe rokne ke liye. So kanoon practical hone ke saath saath sabhi jagha brabari se laago hona chahiye. Thanx.

Sir panchayat ke baare mein aap batein kr rahe hai, pr kuchh mahine pehle maine ek point rakhha thaa ki panchayato ki qualification rakh di jaaye, taaki unhe kaanuni baate samjhne mei preshani naa ho aur implimentation sahi ho sake. Dusari baat yeh kahi thi ki jahan jahan panchayat hai vaha panchayat ko aur villages ko zinda rakhhna zaruri hai (yeh baat maine Chandigarh ke villages ke regarding kahi thi) par abhi tak kuchh nai kiya gaya.

as said by the father of the nation villages are the roots of the contries growth so development should ina maner which strengthen the village panchayats so as to ensure good life to people only it canbe by complete decentralized development lets try for that

Panchayat ke andar vo sabhi kam ana chayiye jo hamare village ko clean rakh sake government ko sabse pahle villeges ki safai ke baare me sochna chaiye tatha panchayato ko iske liye badava dena chahiye

Celebrating Village Formation Day will provide a platform for alround development of village and sense of belongingness among eachother.Modalities should be prepared with the presence of atleast one member of each family.Modalities may be : Formation of Village Development Committee , Village Development Fund with opening of Joint A/C,Formation of Specialized groups to look after education ,health, sanitation, drinking water,electricity,agriculture, handicraft, heritage & village culture .

sir u r really inspiring to all the human generation. you are really moved out of the box and pulling us to match with u. Sir make a plan for the contractual jobs in Govt. and Pvt. Departments. We have no future with all the experience and efficiency. we are really happy and get pride of serving the nation.
