The Ministry is seeking suggestions/ ideas/ inputs on the modalities of celebrating the village formation day, either on a particular date, or a day of choice based on some historical reasons or on April 24, the Panchayati Raj Day.

Individual queries series of questions seeking inputs on the following aspects of the village formation day would be posed to the citizens:

i. How the village formation day may be identified by each village i.e. either on a particular date, or a day of choice based on some historical reasons or on April 24, the Panchayati Raj Day?

ii. What all activities could be undertaken for celebrating the village formation day?

iii. In what ways could the villagers be involved with the celebration of the village formation day?

iv. What could be the funding source(s) for the celebrating the village formation day?

v. What resolve by villagers/Gram Panchayat, Goal setting for next year/five years towards improving quality of life parameters (like safe drinking water, open defecation free village, solid and liquid waste management, reduction in infant mortality rate and maternal mortality rate, etc.)
could be incorporated in the village formation day?

vi. What could be the basis of the preparation of the roll of honour of individuals?

vii. What kind of awards honouring the people who have done exceptional work could be instituted during the village formation day?

Pradhan mantri ji,Sansad me abhi dharmantarikaran prasang chal raha he.Sara desh me 90% adivasio ko dharmantarikan kar diya gaya he.Is ko rokna bahut jaruri he.Ese kanon laya jaye ki jis se gaon aur ghar ja ja ke logo ko pralobhan dikha ke dharmantarikaran ko band kiya ja sake.jese hamare hindu sadhu sant prabachan dete hain waise hin sare dharm ke guru kebal prabachan de sakte hain,aur dharm paribartan jesa naam hin na rahe.Dharm parivartan bahut bada paap he jese hindu alag dharm ke logo ko hindu nahi banata.

I lives in a village n I want full development of villages in India by making them clean n humble with efforts of govt.n villager,s themselves there is a big problem of water for drinking n agriculture for the villages of my distt. So I urge the government please pay attention towards the problems of water managment

I have recently conducted review of National Rural Health Mission in Chattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh. Few years back I did review of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyaan in Uttar Pradesh. These reviews gave insight into problems of non-implementation, lack of public accountability and inability (?) to involve public in the implementation. Education and Public Health are subjects listed for Panchayats in the Constitution of India. There is need for effective devolution of powers and finance to Panchayats.

Surveillance Satellite’s should be placed geographical on Indian Border area with capable to transmit videos and live videos with even thermal images.. Military can watch and guard our border areas..

There should be a mandatory provision for all the meeting and developmental work done by panchyat must be a videography and this video should be uploaded on various govt. portal at village/district/state/central. So that developmental work become more transparent and panchyat becomes more accountable.

१-ग्राम प्रधान समेत सभी सदस्य वैतनिक हो ,२-सभी की समय समय पर प्रशिक्षण हो ,३-न्यायपलिका का बेसिक यूनिट ग्रामसभा से ही सुरु हो फैसला न हो पाने की हालत में ही जिला मुख्यालय तक भेजा जाय ४-ग्राम सभा को स्ववित्त पोषित करने की दिशा में कदम उठाये जाय ,५- जिस गांव से जितना कृषि उत्पाद शहर भेजा जाय उसी अनुपात में सरकार गांव को अनुदान दे ,6-गांव के जितने भी लोग सेना ,शिक्षा और चिकित्सा में शामिल हो तो अतिरिक्त अनुदान दिया जाय ,7-गांव के लोगो को सीधे बड़े शहरो से जोड़ा जाय

Mere hisab se government ko is site par kisano ke liye bhi jagah deni chahiye jo kahi nahi. Bharat me 60 crore log kheti par depend h. Parantu abhi tak modi sarkar ne kisano ko fasalo ka 150% kimat ka wada yaad nahi aa raha. Isase kisano aakrosh badh raha h. Mujhe dar ki kahi b.j.p. kisano ko bhuli to wo kamjor na ho jaye

पंचायती राज को दुरूस्त करने से भारत का विकास तीव्र होगा.इसके लिए पंचायत को दुरूस्त करना होगा.इसके लिए सबसे पहले संविधान में वर्णित समाजवाद,पंथनिरपेक्षता और राज्यों के संघ को पुनर्परिभाषित करना होगा.क्योंकि ये तीनों शब्द भारतीय पंचायती परंपरा में गुंथीत हैं.किन्तु इन शब्दों पर राजनीति ने पंचायत का नुकसान कर दिया है.भारत पंचायत-राज्य का संघ होना चाहिए.पंचायत की सरकार जनता प्रत्यक्ष सरकार होगी इस लिए यह समाजवादी होगी,यह किसी भी पंथ का पक्ष लिए कार्य करेगी इसलिए पंथनिरपेक्ष होगी.भारतीय जिले पंचायत..
