Mr prime minister there was a commitment given by you for need for self-attestation. Many big PSUs and PSBs are still crying for attestation from gazetted officer and character certificates from gazetted officers. This is big pain. I want to know when can it will be fulfilled? I thought this could be done by a single stroke of pen. Why is taking so long?? Even 6 months have passed since you took over.

Regarding public participation in panchayat or municipal corporations or District Offices to help to control corruption and increase public awareness.
My basic question & query is that :
1. For how many times in a month, do general citizen have to go to any of the revenue offices of the district or local corporations and panchayats? Ans. is At least once in a month
2. How many repeat visits are required for the same type of work ? Ans is aleast 2-3.
3. Is there any IT infrastructure available in the country /state ? Ans is some amount of online IT is available but is not working many times (Reason or intention need to check)
4. What is cost of transaction / document finally we get, officially and unofficially. ?
If one is really drill down the above you will find and understand that there are following problems in the system:
- Most of revenue department official are dishonest to the public and they expect out of pocket in either way from public.
- Pool of such officers is more where age limit of official is more than 45 years or service is for more than 10 years.
- Public member is not erudite about procedures and rules of the office or the document / work he needs to get from Govt Department.
- No such rule or public charter available in the office and predominantly displayed in the concerned office.
- The office in charge is not attentive to the public as he is also a partner in the dishonest of the subordinate.
- There is no IT infrastructure available , this leads individuals to visit office of the Govt Official and this becomes point of “contract & expectations sharing”.
- There is no efficiency audit for Govt Department, if it is there in some of the cases, it is not published for general public.
- Year salary increments or place shifting and promotions are not tracked on the basis of Govt Officers working the year but on the basis of how he is good in dishonesty and close to the boss. ( In many large no of cases)
- Lastly, there is no public participations anywhere in the Govt Deptt Working.
My suggestion to remove or reduce above barriers and dishonesty avenues to certain amount are as follows:
1. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION IN GOVT OFFICIALS WORKING:
- Every citizen of a particular range of age and depending on his qualification is required to work for public at least 8 hrs in a month.
- Where to work, how to work , etc needs to be decided and published.
- Such working is with no cost to Govt Department.
- When such citizen is working, the concerned Govt Officer (Whatever may be designation) will be acting as supervisor of that citizen on that day to guide him.
- The citzen needs to get acknowledgement his work.
- If citizen fails continuously for this mandatory requirement, he should not able to receive govt facilities such gas, electri supply, driving license etc or if gets will be at higher charges.
2. Audit of above participation and gradation / increment wattages of concerned Deptt heads on year on year basis.
3. Celebrate democracy day each month at each Govt Department in the city/ town (Which is at Collector Office only at present)
4. Most important is develop IT Infrastructure for online application and delivery of required documents etc at door delivery, so that there will not be direct contact of citizen with the person working in Govt Office to avoid “contract and negotiations for dishonesty”.
5. Audit of IT system and it’s efficiency e.g. uptime, down time, requirement of updation etc
6. Removal of hard cash transactions & increase payment by e-commerce (e.g. on line net payment, payment by Dr / Cr cards etc)

Their is no co ordination between the departments of the municipal corporation or or with other government departments. all the government department should work jointly so they can avoid unnecessary expenses. district collector should conduct the meeting of all the departments regarding their working program & planning so it may help in work together or by planning the things accordingly. for e.g new road is constructed & water department come & they digging the road for new pipeline.

Hello!!!
Sir! I would like to draw your attention on electricity issue. We have lack of electricity it is not a big matter. The problem is timely supply of electricity. We worship light as LAXMI MAA. when the sun sets we light the lamp in evening to welcome the LAXMI JI.
So I request plz ensure electricity availability @ deep prajwalan time (5 to 11 pm) in country. in 6 ghanto k baad bijli nahi bhi rahegi to logo ko jyada taklif nahi hogi.
I m sure Mr. PM, u wl hv got my points.Thank you

100% FDI OPTION MAY NOT BE THE RESOLUTION IN ANY SECTOR IT MAY BE A TEMPORARY RESOLUTION FOR FEW YEARS. WE SHOULD AIM FOR OWNERSHIP AND BETTER MANAGEMENT TO ENSURE 0% WASTAGE. THEN BE IT ANY GOVERNMENT BE IT NDA OR UPA GOVT. ECONOMY CHANGES DRASTICALLY. CHANGE IS SOMETHING WHICH NEVER STOPS. EVERY ECONOMIC PLAN HAS DRAWBACKS. ECONOMIST MAY FURTHER HIGHLIGHT FDI DRAWBACKS. FOR A POPULOUS COUNTRY LIKE OUR INDIA. WE NEED 100% OWNERSHIP TO DERIVE THE BENEFITS OF GROWING POPULATION. LETS UNITE.
