(i)If village formation day differs for different villages, other village people also could be able to participate in the events.(ii)As part of the celebration, innovative ideas of farmers(http://agritech.tnau.ac.in/farm_innovations/farm_innovations.html) from other villages could be showcased or demo could be given by the innovator. This will create more awareness about the innovations of farmers and in turn will help the farming. And interactive demo will increase the interest of the villagers

To improve our villages & boost economy ,We need to think
1. How industries can be established in village
- Make Rural Economic Zones by combining 2/3 Gaon panchayats based on their productivity.
2. What products they will produce,
- Let these village decides . If a village is produce coconut, then the industry will on coconut products like carpets, package food, coconut oil etc. If land of a village is suitable for acidic fruits, then the industry will work on them.

Keep empowering farmers an important agenda. Farmer should be able to sell his produce to anybody through out India and transport to anywhere throughout India. Increase Space storage facilities in market yards and there farmer should be able to sell at profitable rates through Transparent auction with direct dealing with farmer and buyer without involvement of government inspectors officers to bind corruption. Prepare chart for percentage reduction in cost for % reduced quality of produce.
