The Ministry is seeking suggestions/ ideas/ inputs on the modalities of  celebrating the village formation day, either on a particular date, or a day of choice based on some historical reasons or on April 24, the Panchayati Raj Day.

Individual queries series of questions seeking inputs on the following aspects of the village formation day would be posed to the citizens:

i.    How the village formation day may be identified by each village i.e. either on a particular date, or a day of choice based on some historical reasons or on April 24, the Panchayati Raj Day?

ii.    What all activities could be undertaken for celebrating the village formation day?

iii.    In what ways could the villagers be involved with the celebration of the village formation day?

iv.    What could be the funding source(s) for the celebrating the village formation day?

v.    What resolve by villagers/Gram Panchayat,  Goal setting for next year/five years towards improving quality of life parameters (like safe drinking water, open defecation free village, solid and liquid waste management, reduction in infant mortality rate and maternal mortality rate, etc.)
could be incorporated in the village formation day?

vi.    What could be the basis of the preparation of the roll of honour of individuals?

vii.    What kind of awards honouring the people who have done exceptional work could be instituted during the village formation day?

भारत में प्राथमिक शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य की स्थिति बेहद चिन्ताजनक है। हम लोगों ने एक न्याय पंचायत के १० गांवों के सभी प्राथमिक विद्यालयों का सर्वे किया जिसमें चौकाने वाले तथ्य सामने आए। किसी भी विद्यालय में सरकारी अध्यापक पढ़ाते नहीं मिले, कहीं भी शौचालय प्रयोग में नहीं था, चारों तरफ गंदगी का अंबार लगा था। बच्चे जमीन पर बैठे थे, पढ़ाई का नामों निशान नहीं था, जबकि एक जिले में शिक्षा के उपर ३०० करोड़ रुपए खर्च हो रहे है। कोई भी तंत्र ठीक से काम नहीं कर रहा है। जिम्मेदारी और पारदर्शिता कायम करने की है।

भारत में ८० प्रतिशत से अधिक लोग गांव में रहते हैं बावजूद इसके उनकी जिंदगी बदतर है। गांवों में सड़क, बिजली, पानी, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं का अभाव है क्या ये लोग देश के विकास में योगदान नहीं देते हैं, आखिर यह भी टैक्स के रुप में भारी रकम सरकार को देते हैं। पंचायत चुनाव में भ्रष्टाचार को रोकना होगा, ७३वें संविधान संशोधन के अनुसार गांवों को स्वायत्त बनाना होगा, प्रदेशों के पंचायत कानूनों को सख्ती से लागू करने की आवश्यकता है। जैसे उप्र में न्याय पंचायत कानून में होने के बाद भी लागू नहीं है।

There is absolutely no protections of consumer rights in India. Be it big builders or big MNC dumping faulty consumer goods in India, be it Police...Indians feel helpless... One cannot enjoy Ache Din, until this happens. You put a red carpet for big companies but what about the ordinary citizens who cannot defend themselves. Protection of consumer rights is pathetic in India. how do a expect ordinary, ignorant Indian to fights for his consumer rights ??

Dear Prime Minister Ji, The Cities and Villages in the history of our ancestors build in 2500 BCE like Dwaraka etc., but now this is going to be copied from them in another country, this is same to all Indians. We have lot of technologies available in our country to development of all cities and villages, we can spend little bit of amount through state and central governments as a present taxation policies and credit to municipalities, corporations and villages. today i was asked to my peon who is part timer in my bank. what he find after modi become our prime minister, he replied nothing. i was asked this question to him because he live in a village at where upper caste people dominate all area. if they do anything wrong no one dare to object them. after 68 years of freedom we are unable to realise people that they really get freedom. they can live fearless and get all government facilities without any apartheid.

every government department have many tout, who do work after taking bribe. in my bank many tout come and they directly talk to us for loan. on doing this they take bribe from our customer. i have find tout to every department. actually people of village divides themselves into caste and religion so they not resist that person, only on basis of his caste and religion.
