The Ministry is seeking suggestions/ ideas/ inputs on the modalities of celebrating the village formation day, either on a particular date, or a day of choice based on some historical reasons or on April 24, the Panchayati Raj Day.

Individual queries series of questions seeking inputs on the following aspects of the village formation day would be posed to the citizens:

i. How the village formation day may be identified by each village i.e. either on a particular date, or a day of choice based on some historical reasons or on April 24, the Panchayati Raj Day?

ii. What all activities could be undertaken for celebrating the village formation day?

iii. In what ways could the villagers be involved with the celebration of the village formation day?

iv. What could be the funding source(s) for the celebrating the village formation day?

v. What resolve by villagers/Gram Panchayat, Goal setting for next year/five years towards improving quality of life parameters (like safe drinking water, open defecation free village, solid and liquid waste management, reduction in infant mortality rate and maternal mortality rate, etc.)
could be incorporated in the village formation day?

vi. What could be the basis of the preparation of the roll of honour of individuals?

vii. What kind of awards honouring the people who have done exceptional work could be instituted during the village formation day?

Public policy may be created by either the private sector or the public sector. If one wishes to refer only to public policy that is made by government, the best term to use is "governmental policy," which eliminates the ambiguity regarding the agent of the policy making.

nithi aayog put this Private governance means :Private governance occurs when non-governmental entities, including private organizations, dispute resolution organizations, or other third party groups, make rules and/or standards which have a binding effect on the "quality of life and opportunities of the larger public." Hi,mr. prime minister modi ji ,sir i m 18yrs old in ds 18yrs i saw many changes around me,but there one change i not seen that illiteracy of panchayat member nd of d netas.sir mene dekha hai koi v log sirf ek sign our kuch vharastra logo ke agree hone se nata ka pad prapt kar lete hai.aap hi bataiye sir k jo khud ko aaj tak thik se guide nahi kar pay wo hamare gaon ya desh k liye kya karega.meri ray ne sir ham students ko jis parkar exam dena parta hai us tarag in logo go v exam dena chahiye.muj

There is urgent need to give special attention for village development need to be equipped with all basic facilities like school, roads, health centre etc. In absence of basic infrastructure facilities people are migrating from there. Development of India is not possible without overall development of village. So, govt should prepare policies & allocate special funds for rural development and ensure that allocated money must be used for rural development together check in corruption.

hiii modi ji now a days panchayat eiection r going on.thas good.bt i want to say that what actully need there r..many issue r created in the panchyat like water clearty education that r not presently effective in progress..there r more need to ensure these issues....

कितने पैसे आये की रोड अच्छा हो जायेगा ....बना भी पर क्या फायदा कुछ ही समय बात वैसे का वैसी ही है ....कितने पैसे आये की अब अँधेरा नही रहेगा हमारा गाँव .....बहुत जगहों पर सौर प्लेट लगा भी ......पर क्या फायदा कुछ ही समय बात वैसे का वैसी ही है ....कितने पैसे आये की ये अच्छा हो जायेगा ..वो अच्छा हो जायेगा ......पर........ज़रा सोचिये हमलोगो ने इनसभी के लिए कितने पैसे लगाये .....क्या हमने जो सोचा था वो पूरा हो सका .....नही न .....तो फिर क्यों नही हम बदलते .......उसी से क्यों नही रोजगार खड़ा कर देते ....
