The Ministry is seeking suggestions/ ideas/ inputs on the modalities of  celebrating the village formation day, either on a particular date, or a day of choice based on some historical reasons or on April 24, the Panchayati Raj Day.

Individual queries series of questions seeking inputs on the following aspects of the village formation day would be posed to the citizens:

i.    How the village formation day may be identified by each village i.e. either on a particular date, or a day of choice based on some historical reasons or on April 24, the Panchayati Raj Day?

ii.    What all activities could be undertaken for celebrating the village formation day?

iii.    In what ways could the villagers be involved with the celebration of the village formation day?

iv.    What could be the funding source(s) for the celebrating the village formation day?

v.    What resolve by villagers/Gram Panchayat,  Goal setting for next year/five years towards improving quality of life parameters (like safe drinking water, open defecation free village, solid and liquid waste management, reduction in infant mortality rate and maternal mortality rate, etc.)
could be incorporated in the village formation day?

vi.    What could be the basis of the preparation of the roll of honour of individuals?

vii.    What kind of awards honouring the people who have done exceptional work could be instituted during the village formation day?

To make Panchayat Raj effective , it should be connected to digital India programe , for instance, every gram sabha detail should be recorded on the portal created on panchayat raj site and that should be open to all for comments. Other way to use technology effectively would be Facebook like group should be created by Panchayat name (name of villages) and gramsabha minute of meetings to be posted on it.Other way is to use of Social audit.

हमें जरुरत है सामाजिक शिक्षा के साथ साथ टेक्निकल एजुकेशन की .....यदि अकेडमी के साथ साथ टेक्निकल पर जोर दिया जाये तो सभी को रोजगार के अवसर उपलबध हो सकते है

सारे फण्ड के पैसे ऊपर ही घोटाला हो जा रहा है ..हम गरीबो को कुछ मिलता ही नही ...इसलिए गरीब गरीब का गरीब ...और अमीर अमीर का अमीर ... हम ये नही कहते की अभियान बंद कर दो .....हम तो सभी को हकीकत ब्या कर रहे है... ज़रा सोचिये उसी पैसो से हम कुछ नया कर दिखाए तो ..कोई गरीब नही रहेगा ...सभी को रोजगार मिल जायेगा ....हम गरीब इसलिए है क्युकी हमारे पास रोजगार नही है ....जीने का सहारा नही है ....सरकार हमारे लिए कुछ सोचती भी है तो बाजी कोई और मर ले जाता है ....क्यों न हम मिलकर उन्ही फण्ड के पैसो से एक रोजगार बन

क्या सोचते है ऊपर के लोग ? जो ये सब अभियान चला रहे है उस से सभी को लाभा मिल रहा है....नही ...हर महीने करोरो अरबो का खर्च ..यदि उसी पैसे से गाँवो में उद्दोग को बैठा दिया जाये तो हर गरीब को जीने का जरिया मिल जायेगा,हमारा बिहार..हमारा भारत ..गरीबी से झूझेगा नही .ये अभियान चलने की जरुरत नही होगी..

In this part (Garhwal Regions where all their fields are like staircases n spreading in one near to their home where another at far flung area within their village boundry) to encourage people to go for all out development of their own. Once chakbandi system of agricultural land come onto their area, their all fields will be at one place, where they can devote their most of the time, which will motivate them to work more n cultivate good crops and survive with certainty of best life.

But my villagers are so hard nuts to crack getting them into one mode, because of ill knowledge to the outside worlds n non committal to the agricultural activities also. Since they are I'll educated and want to survive doing less works on fields. I want them to unite and go for chakbadi system of agricultural land onto which they would be donating more time at one place and interest to grow more seeds for their survival. Govt of India should go for compulsory law for chakbandi system of land.

In this segment, I want to share the geographic features of my village in order to get my Gram Sabha to work toward the direction of its overall development taking its geographic features as a resources- my village is situated in a locatio which is blessed with NH running between, a river flowing on to its beneth, bounded with high ridges of shivalic mountain rom all four side growing all kinds of trees n plants onto its body n over n above well connected with all big cities of my country. But .
