Panchayat must have right to spend their fund as per their wish approval can be allowed from higher authorities to monitor them but main need of the village is to create jobs, skill , employment, Business at village level. Government must encourage them to spend fund on given things only spending on roads, infrastructure from last 60 same repeated things again & again is misuse of Village fund. Villages are decreasing day by day will become country problem to city also need to be solve .

We always had slogan for India Jai Jawan and Jai Kishan. But the condition of the farmer has even worse from past till today. But we or our government has not done reasonable to address the condition of poor and farmers. If we talk about a farmer then if we count the effort and money they put in the farming they never get it. IF they sell the sugarcane to sugar mills then sugar mill give payment at least after 6 month to 1 year. Generally farmer gets money in simple interest rate of 5 to 10 %
