housing policies should ensure that prices dont keep rising just based on speculation by real estate barons and property dealers. secondly, infrastructure development should focus on small towns and not only in metros. this will reduce inflow of large population from rural and small urban areas to metros. thirdly, govt should stop populist measures like providing housing to all jhuggi dwerllers and regularising all unauthorised colonies..

Multicrore groups should support / sponsor this project.to reduce govt burden. all individuals requiring house should be recognized through proper survey so that no one can illegally get houses who really dont need them. these houses should be banned for reseling so that no occupant can build a Jhuggi again . this si most important. it should be ensured that only one house is given to one family. Aadhaar card may be used as basis for this. I will really appreciate PM sir if this is achieved.

Firstly make one rule applicable to all with accountability and responsibility. Secondly SCRAP Schemes like SRA, instead prepare affordable low costing housing with loan facility. Scrapping of SRA , i mean to stop giving free house to land grabber illegally with help of nexus between politician-local touts-land mafia . Mafia grab land of mostly government or reservation i.e. public utility places under nexus between politicians with help of local touts. Poor people anyway pays to them for this

Rehab of slums needs imagination. They r used to being socially knit together. The sky scrapers built 4 them makes them feel isolated. A better design would be a make a stadium / arena like structure with central open space and rooms around the arena. This way they can all see and interact with each other. We should not impose our concept of 'privacy' on them. That is not what they want. They like to be close to each other. I had read about this suggestions some years back.

Hon'ble PM Sir,the Mann-ki-Baat is a commendable interactive Programme of the Govt & of the PM @ Large.Sir,there must be a Complete Easing in Rules of Applying & posting as sir till date ,those who can be an Asset in the Govt are still unable to get scope to deliver the best in terms of Age Limit Restrictions.Sir,there must be a single Exam pattern for all schools & colleges inclusive of their local & cultural topics of importance.Sir,let there be a Rule that Upper Age Limit is 35 for Gen CATGRY

IG should create land banks , where you have a blueprint on creating a small cities in all big cities which should be given at subsidised cost to people along with some real good finance options which should be very affordable to every segment of people in the present society. It should be even created for bpl categories and middle class and upper middle class.

GOI : Should declare requirement of housings in each state need to take action to avoid formation of slum area. Implement substitute for river sand, murum which is used for construction to avoid environmental effect due to sand mining. State Govt : As per today’s scenario, increase FSI up to 2.5 times so that home price will become less. Delete complex rules of Cidco. Make neat & simple rules like Municipal corporation. Avoid unnecessary spreading of cities. So that conversion of farming land will be less and expenses on basic infrastructure can be reduced due to small cities. Declare areas for LIG, MIG & HIG housings. ULB’s : To develop sites as per LIG, MIG, HIG declaration by authorities. Minimum 01 car parking is must for each house or Flat.

GoI should enable the creation of empowered ULBs wherein the Development Authority and Municipal Corporation both report to one city CEO who is directly elected every three years.

Solar panel onto the roof top of every household should me made mandatory in cities like Delhi, Mumbai. There is no shortage of land, instead of aquiring new land for houses, old barren land, or land of factories which are not working now, limitation on land acquired by minsters....
