4. What role can the State Housing Boards/Corporations and other state entities play in this objective?
5. What are the key learnings from Urban Local Bodies in implementation of housing programmes?
6. What role can the private sector play in “Housing for All” by 2022?

Private sector can paly a significant role. Cnetral govt and state government should give land to the private builders on low cost. on which these builders would make two societies. one for government and one for his own sale. the society for government sale should be made by the builder with no cost to govt. i.e. the govt will pay nothing and will get a full fledged society with all amenities free of cost. the govt. can use this society for whtever use govt wants to make.

SIR i have reservation of implementation of these Projects. we know NDA govt completed 9 months in office ,but i am not able to see any changes in common people life. in Election speech you have given promises about job creation.. corruption but no changes i found in the system. so even housing also i can find the people are getting 2 or 3 houses using same BPL card. so i have doubt about the succes of such schemes

NUHHP is a dream come true nevertheless the concerns of vertical expansion. ecology and over urbanization should be checked under control; the Concept of PURA providing urban amenities in rural areas should extend and implemented in the NUHHP policy horizontally to promote community township with smart facilities in PURA.

1.Digitalize all land records & create a land bank. Each owner has a account number. 2.Integrate Land registrar and revenue departments.3. Any sale or transaction must be done digitally and SMS should go to owner/seller and purchaser at the time of deed & same must be authenticated by one time pass word system.( This will avoid corruptions in land dealings.4. Device system for real valuation based on market indices rather than subjectively as done now.5. Registration & conveyance be simultaneous.
